The prevalence of drug addiction can be attributed, in part, to the practices of multinational pharmaceutical companies. I believe that God desires for Americans to live lives that are more beautiful and holy. However, issues such as gun violence, exorbitant healthcare costs, high taxes, and drug abuse cast a shadow over the future of our nation.
Policies that make the rich richer and the poor poorer will not strengthen the USA. If our children can grow up without discrimination, with access to education, food, and healthcare, then America will truly become a strong nation.
A strong nation may need advanced weaponry, but more importantly, it requires a thriving middle class, where there is no discrimination, and where children, the elderly, and the vulnerable can live with dignity. I hope that Tim Walz can help make this vision a reality.
I pray that God's grace, love, and peace will be present in the upcoming U.S. presidential election.
