Sir please give your lecture about 2nd,3rd part speaking test(interview)
4 categories are : fluency and coherence, lexical resource, grammatical range and accuracy, and pronunciation. Do not mislead with incorrect information. Accent doesn't matter at all in IELTS.

IELTS is not a knowledge test or an opinion test, it is an English test. The examiner could personally disagree with every opinion you have and you can still get a band score of 9.
