My street i was raised on. North Ridge St. During the 50's and 60's BEFORE the homes on North Ridge were all torn down. We moved to Mt. VIew Ave. Just down from Averett. I no longer live in BIG D!

Why did you drive through the slum areas? Danville has some very attractive areas to be a town of only 44,000 people, but you drove through mostly seedy areas.
