Encountering Bigfoot is awesome! Good of you to plug his channel.
The boys wrote some captivating stories! You gave some sound writing and reading advice. Paulsen is all kinds of talented. I've read aloud several of his books in my former job as elementary school librarian. Boys and girls loved them. I read almost all the books before I purchased them for the library. Usually I'd buy one copy until I saw how well the kids liked it, but "Hatchet" blew me away, so I bought two hard copies and two paperbacks. I couldn't keep them on the shelves!
How cool is that. I used to read to elementary classes when my children were in school. We read Hatchet as well and the kids were totally silent. They loved it. I wish I could get by the copyright issues and read some of the old classics on a UA-cam channel. I think kids would enjoy that
Cam, nobody is better than you. us knowers appreciate your down-home realism. just a good man doing a good job. it wasn't until i started watching your channel that I spoke of my experience to anyone but those that were there.

The other 5 young story writers had me hooked on their stories right from the start. I hope their creativity stays with them.
I suppose I'd better not leave you out Dixie. The way you tell the stories and encounters has me gripped right from the get go. Im in the U.K. and as far as im aware we dont have any sasquatch here. Although i could be wrong....it has been known on a couple of occasions!!
