If you're interested in learning some of the tech probably the best place is to check the speedrun discord. But let me summarize some of the main glitches done in this run: -Rope Storage: Take damage while dropping down on a rope. You can now grab an invisible rope extending above and below the real rope forever. You can press up/down to grab the rope from anywhere instantly teleporting you to the rope's location, even through walls. (This only works on an older patch of the game) -Ledge Storage: Slash + Dash while holding a ledge. You're now in a weird state where the game still thinks you're holding a ledge. You can now climb the ledge in midair for a bit of extra height along with a lot of other crazy stuff. -Float Glitch: While having a stored ledge, hold jump and parry. You can now just float in the air. You can also do this by holding jump and firing the bow if you have it. -Wall Slide: This one's kind of complicated but you can use ledge storage to grab a wall where there's no ledge. While stuck to a wall, skull kicking an enemy will send you flying up the wall.

I looked up the speedrun because I just started playing casually and I wanted to see if there was any fun movement tech I could learn. I already stumbled on the fast dash reset on my own (the dash jump dash thing, not sure if you have a name for it). Really great run!

There's no written guide for the whole run, but there's a document explaining known tricks and glitches linked on the speedrun.com page. Also feel free to jump into the speedrunning discord! There's always people there ready to answer questions.
