I've just finished making this for the coming Australian winter season and I am SO HAPPY with it!! This tutorial was amazing, thankyou so much!!
I used Rowan Felted Tweed Aran in shade 782 which produced a similar result and colour.
I made mine slightly shorter, I increased the width of the sleeves by starting the increases at the cuff and increasing every 4th row. I also changed my cable pattern to a three weave look cable that still used 12 stitches in keeping with this tutorial.
I absolutely love it and am about to start a second one in black!! Thankyou again!!

I know in the video it says 66 rows for the front and back panel but for a size small. For a medium how many rows do you need to add? Or is there a written pattern?

No, you need a stitch with a similar height. I recommend a half double crochet.
