    Candi, PLEASE consider a group exercise class! I used to hate the gym and just had no motivation when I went and only did the bare minimum, and always found excuses to not go... until I tried one class. Now I take 15 - 25 classes a week depending on my schedule and I'm absolutely obsessed! There's so many different kinds offered from strength, cardio, stretching... I know it can seem very intimidating to be the "new" person in a class when there's others who go there every week but trust me, no one is looking at you or judging you! Some of my favorite classes are zumba, body pump, pound, kickboxing, barre bootcamp, body flow, buti yoga, and interval training. Please please please consider taking a class I think you would be surprised with how much you love it!

    Ken you’re gaining muscle from working out as well. So please take that into consideration and don’t give up!

    I do 15 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes of weights, stretching before and after. Keeping track of your calories at each meal can help as well because you need to be in a caloric deficit of 700 calories each day in order to loose 1.5lbs a week. Hope this helps and keep working hard!!💜

    I’m just gonna stay home all day and watch our family nest I’m cyber schooled and I fractured my growthplate so I can’t do anything but this family inspires me to strive for more. I love how kandi always gives advice throughout the vlogs which keep me going!🙂💯🙏

    It’s such a small world, on Saturday my cousin actually wrestled against chase during the 2nd match. I had been watching my cousins progress on the track wrestling website and I about screamed when I saw that he got matched with chase 😂😂❤️ I just wish that the roads wouldn’t have been bad because I’m from Central Michigan and was going to drive down to the meet but couldn’t 😂

    Karli cartilage piercing don’t hurt like at all it just feels like ur 2nd pericing it just stings for a second but if u get it done make sure u clean in twice a day bc it can get infected really easy and don’t take it out for like 8 weeks and actually people think ur hair gets stuck in it but it doesn’t..when u change it put ur hair up and then it won’t be a problem I love you hope this helps ❤️

    Candi, I have recently started going to the gym every day. I have lost 30 pounds and i think one of the greatest things to do is mainly cardio. Elliptical one day, treadmill the next and then everyday you can you do other workouts with body weight!! Keep at it, you can do it!!!

    0:29 REAL MAYO FOR SURE! ;) Keep us updated on the nails. I bite my nails too and always go get acrylics at the salon and that gets pricey! Ken, I fast but only from after supper til I exercise. So that would be fasting from 6pm til about noon the next day after I exercise. I dont do it every day but when I do it helps. Don't give up. I as well am in a period where I cant get the weight to budge but I am doing all the right things. BUT I am losing inches. Are you measuring? Candi, would working out at home be better for you? I workout at home. So much easier cause no travel time involved and I just throw myself together and do it no excuses cause I am already here at home. I dont have to worry about what I look like or people watching me lol! I do BOD from home all online, in my bedroom. There are so many different programs to choose from that all WORK. They come with meal plans if you want to use them. Right now I am doing an all body weight/cardio program. But previously I did a lfting/ HIIT program.     Brooklyn Caught The Berry Boquet is honestly the most interesting name I have ever heard of for a description of a nail color.     For Karli: I have my lobe pierced on both sides and I have my seconds done on both sides , I have my belly button done and my nose. On my left ear I have my carlidge done twice , and when u first get it done u want to keep your hair away from it because during the healing process your ears get all goopy and gross and u don’t want your hair getting stuck and make the cleansing process harder ! I also have my industrial done on my right ear (if you are sure what it is , look up industrial on google lol) and my hair gets caught on that way more then the regular cartilage piercing. If u do get it done don’t sleep on the side for a month or two, and clean it with professional ear cleaner or salt water! (They both work just as good) if u have any questions you can dm me on insta @leahjoslynn (you obviously don’t have to , but my sister is a professional piercer for 9 years and I learn quite a bit ) ❤️ Have a good day , and be very safe!     Cute nails 💅🏾 so I dislocated my elbow last year on Christmas 😒 which means that took me out of the gym a person that went 3 to 4 times a week. I had to start working out at home. I was home from work 6 weeks & lost 17 lbs. I did a lot of walking in place while watching tv! I wore a bit bit to keep me accountable for my steps. I also ate off of smaller plates for portion control drunk LOTS of water & drunk lemon water & apple cider vinegar water thru the day hope this helps!

    I always make sure I’m having fun when I work out and one of my favorite things is dancing so I play just dance (on my wii) daily for my workout

    I killed it using Intermittent fasting. I used OMAD method. I lost 118lbs and no Keto. OMAD rules.

    ken try swerve or stevia for your sugar substitue instead or sweet n low. sweet n low will spike the glucose like regular sugar and kick you out of ketosis

    I was pretty excited to see Bedford at my sons wrestling tournament on Saturday! My sons teammate actually went against him. It was a crazy match! They were well matched. very impressive! Bedford Wrestling has a awesome day. I was too shy to say hello but I over heard several people saying did you know that kid is on UA-cam. 😂

    I recommend to ignore the caffeine cause if you stop drinking it, it will make you feel a lot better. If you really want to lose weight I also recommend using weight loss equipment (dreadmill, bike, cross trainer) and just any weights.

    i actually drink a cup of water with 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, & a dash on cayenne pepper. it’s hard to drink not gonna lie but it does help

    Way to go Candi! I can tell in your face.😇.. I just turned 40 January 12 and I am still trying to figure out what will work for me. I had lost about 40 pounds about 4 years ago and I was doing Insanity and then T25, and logging my food on MyFitnessPal. I still use MyFitnessPal, but I can tell I am not able to lose weight like I did before, I’m sure it has something to do with age and hormones. Lol.. You are doing great and you just do what works for you and what you are comfortable with. I always say, slow and steady wins the race!😇💞..

    I drink water,go to water aerobics 2 or 3 times a week,go to a tops group to help stay accountable,portion control and track food and exercise on my fitness pal.

    Ok so your hair does get caught in ur Cartledge all the time but it doesn’t hurt when they pierce it it only hurts after wards

    i would suggest a HIIT circuit either at evolve or orange theory fitness since you’re in toledo, i’ve been to both and they show amazing results

    I love the Beachbody on demand workout, they’re fun, you can tone and lose weight plus if you want there’s nutrition programs that go with each workout. I like to just use the workouts and follow my own nutrition but yeah. The Beachbody workouts are fun, and not boring, and you can do them at home. Also, MyFitnessPal is a great app that helps! And no, I’m not trying to sell anything lol.

    Personally, I do HIIT workouts and find they work really well and follow a plant based diet which I’ve seen so many benefits already

    Candy when exercising don’t took at the distance. Try working on time. Like 1 week on a treadmill start at 30 minutes. The following week and weeks after try adding 10 minutes each week. If that’s too much start by adding 5 minutes. I felt more successful and accomplished by how long I could last on the various apparatus. Let me know what you think and if you are going to try it. Baby steps. I would walk on our local track. I didn’t count laps I went by minutes. My reason I’m suggesting this is the speed for a person varies. Shoot for longer time. It also builds your stamina

    The best way to lose weight is straight up cardio. Lifting weights will add muscle to your body. That means the number on the scale won’t go down at the rate you are hoping for.

    I’m 14 years old and this summer I did a juice fast and I did it for 10 days and lost 10 pounds I recommend it’s hard for younger people like you only drink green juice for 10 days or how ever long you would like to do it for.

    I do 20 minutes of cardio and 30-40 minutes of strength training. Works great for me because I hate cardio.

    Ken, try intermittent fasting. You eat in the morning or up until like 3 in the afternoon and then you don’t eat until 12 the next day. It works!

    Omg candi you're so right about the hand and ageing thing. I'm 16 and I look like a ten year old but when I walked in a store a lady asked if I was 14 or 15 and she said she knew I was older by my hands😂. I wasn't upset tho I actually was dieing of laughter and then realise oh shoot my hands are old😣😂😂💜

    Use natural Stevia instead of sweet n low. Sweet n low will actually make you gain weight! Take your measurements cus if you don’t see weight loss, you may see inches lost.

    I found keto super frustrating. I tried macros with a friend who had a big success with it. The first week I lost. Second I didn't lose or gain. The third week I gained. I even hired a coach to help. Same thing. After six months of trying keto, I gave up and just am tracking on MFP. They say keto doesn't work the same for everyone. Candi, I don't work out. They say it's 80% what you eat the other 20% is going to the gym. I lost 30lbs just tracking my food. Now I'm maintaining. You just have to figure out what works for you and your body. I learned as much as I want to be one of those people that love the gym, I'm just not. lol

    u should try fasting only in the morning - don’t eat past 10pm then wake up and workout, after you work out eat a healthy well balanced meal and so on... remember water is your best friend in weight loss DRINK PLENTY OF WATER and if u can only drink water it is key

    For Ken use intermittent fasting don't give up on it. Fast for fourteen-sixteen hours a day. I know it sounds like a lot but it's not. All you have to do is skip one meal, usually breakfast for me. But let's say for example you eat dinner or your last meal at 6:00pm then you go to bed at 10:00pm that's all ready 4 hours done. Then let's say you wake up at 7:00am that's another 9 hours. Then you go to the gym around 9-10ish that's another 2-3 hours. Then by the time your done with the gym then you have your first meal or lunch then as long as you have your last meal before 6:00pm and nothing else after you'll be great. Obviously eat whatever healthy foods your following as well as adjust this intermittent fasting plan to fit your time schedule. This is just my time schedule that I use in hawaii. Also as far as gym goes. When going to the gym if your looking to loose weight. Do very minimal weight training in stead focus in on cardio and a lot of beginner calisthenics such as maybe do 5x5 push ups every day for 2 weeks then move it up to 10x5 when your more comfortable if you stick to this 100% I promise you will definitely start to loose weight in a month hopefully how you want to be. Also as far as candy not wanting to go to the gym because it's boring I understand to an extent. This is just my opinion but honestly it seems like you might be kind of lazy and or self conscious and that's why you don't wanna go to the gym but that's ok because until you are able to develop that good mind set like ken, you will never be able to really start losing weight and feeling good/better about your self.

    I can’t do the gym either, I find it boring. I need something I can truly focus on. So I use the Wii. I use Just Dance, UFC and I have another one that I believe it a Golds Gym Dance video game. If you do about 5 of the most energetic dances you burn quite a few calories. The UFC one isn’t a Dance one but it’s definitely a workout!

    I am a nutrition major and diet is a lot more potent than exercise. Try a diet/exercise tracking app like Lifesum to keep track.

    Keep up the great work guys but word of advice its not on what u eat its how much you eat yes no fast food places but anything homemade u can eat its 3 meals and 2 snacks a day plus proper exercise works way better

    your cartilage hurts rly bad. third doesn't rly hurt at all. i pierced my own fourth too so u should be fine, it didn't hurt that bad. and i pierced my own nose, that was vv painful and i do not recommend that, but it looks cute now lol
