⚡️ Top-level research at the University of Jena

New sustainable technologies are being researched in the new extension buildings of our University's Center for Energy and Environmental Chemistry (CEEC Jena), which were officially opened on 12 April 2024. These include novel polymer-based batteries, new technologies for hydrogen production using solar energy and the work of our Thuringian Water Innovation Cluster (ThWIC). Scientific coordinator Dr Martin Hager gives us a tour of the new buildings.
