A former American president appears in this video. Can you find him?
Obviously Karl Von Dibble. I saw his silhouette in the background.
LOL!
I knew he looked familiar! Don't mess with Bubba!
Bill Clinton
Will you be continuing the guide?
Jeff, You rock! I was in professional education for a few years of my career, and I can tell you it is NOT easy to put together what you do. The learning objectives, outlines, planning the modules, cameras, microphones, script, and on and on, are a lot of hard work. I want you to know that we as learning fishermen really appreciate it!!!
I worked in public education for several years myself. Thanks for the kind words!
This is probably one of the most detailed informational videos I've seen for fishing. Props my dude.
This is actual teaching! :)
Not a feckless attempt of entertainment.
You make the most clear and informative videos on UA-cam. Forever grateful, brother.
I learned a lot from your videos. So many details no one else cover. Thank you for the good work.
This is a terrific instructional video. Concise, relavent, and free of fluff. There is more useable information in this 16 minute video than the last 10 videos I've seen on the subject put together. Great job! Subscribed.
This might be the best instructional fishing video that I've ever watched..good job.
Thank you for sharing with us.Best explicit video on fishing techniques for bass i've seen until now.
You do amazing instructional Vids. Keep them coming. Helps new anglers like myself out tremendously. Thanks.
I bought pre rigged Carolina rigs for years at Wal-Mart for $1.59. Put a Green Pumpkin Salamander 3/0 hook. The smallies in our lake just couldn't get enough of them. Thanks, for your info. Shawn
I appreciate how you covered so many aspects of this application with no filler. Great video.
Dude I'm an avid angler & your vlogs are too notch can't believe your not as much of a household name like Bill Dance & Jimmy Houston !? Awesome job, & keep up the good work right lines brother !
Always refreshing to watch. Simple, easy to understand and killer illustrations. Best bass channel to date.
One of if not the best fishing video I've seen. Great graphics, great explanations. You're informative without overcomplicating yet keeping it adult. Thank you and I did subscribe.
Another excellent video, thank you.
I've always been kinda "scared" of the Carolina rig. This clears it up for me a great deal, and makes me want to try it more.
Great video, Jeff. The time you obviously put into these is well spent. Thanks for the tips.
I caught my first bass on a Carolina rigged Mann's purple worm in 1972. I was 4 and my grandfather took me to a nearby lake. I can still remember the excitement and joy of that first fish.
This was very informative, probably my favorite instructional video
As a new Bass Fisher.. this is a great video. I understand the Carolina rig really good now and see how it can be so effective. Thanks for this and the amazing explanation about the Carolina Rig. I'll definately be using it more often. Cheers 🇨🇦
I want to thank you for the videos! I’ve watched and followed many fishing videos/channels over the years and I have to say, yours are some of the best tutorial ones I’ve seen. I truly hope you continue to make these videos, especially more intermediate and advanced. Thanks again.
Thanks, Eric!
Wow, just came across your video. Thank you so much for the detail instruction on how to fish the carolina rig,i learn so much. :)
Keep up the great work. Excellent and informative video. Keep them coming.
I have Learned more from your channel than I have anyone else’s keep up the good work
Thanks, Terry!
WOW! What an awesome instructional video this is.. As a beginner, Ive learned more from this one video about the "Fishfinder / Carolina" rig than watching hours of other vids.. Thank you sooo much and greetings from Greece 🎣🎣🎣
Just discovered your channel. This is by far the best presentation of information I found on UA-cam. Thanks for what you do. I couldn’t smash that subscribe button any further.
Very informative as usual!! Thanks for offering your expertise!
Awesome video, perfect for beginners and experienced anglers too.
I’ve fished the Carolina for a long time. The video is spot on very nice guide. I use the Carolina rig as a kinda depth finder and structure finder. You’re right you really can feel the whole bottom of the lake, feeling the difference of sand and mud is easy with this and a good rod
This is the best Carolina Rig teaching video!
Perfect video! The graphics explain alot i havent seen in other videos!
Hey!! I got a new bait caster and talked to a guy that worked at bass pro, and luckily I picked the right guy because he was a professional bass fisherman. I asked him about baitcasters and he told me all about them and eventually invited me to fish him. I am going some time next week. Keep up with the videos man!!
These videos are well made and informative. My first MTBis on the way. Looking forward to the next video. And yes, I saw Wild Bill.
This is great stuff. I just rigged my first "Carolina rig" this morning (with a garlic-scented "Ribbit" worm), and I plan to fish it this evening.
Took up fishing a year ago. This has got to be the best serious I have seen. Keep it up. Ill be watching all you videos…
I really like your thorogh instruction and illustrations-- Thank you!
Hey Jeff, thanks for another great video. I've learned so much thanks to your guides and look forward to more in the future.
Thanks for watching, Mike!
Simply amazing video and explanations. You deserve more subs man. I would absolutely love to see videos on cranks, frogs, spinner, and chatter baits.
I’m teaching myself to fish and your videos have really helped me a lot. Thanks so much and keep up the great work. I love your videos.
Awesome video! Very informative! Keep up the great videos!!!
This video was RIDICULOUSLY good .. I don't believe there's anything else out there like this. This is all substance and no flash, the way it should be. Not some hastily shot video. Subscribed and recommending to everyone I know.
Excellent content, Jeff. The Carolina Rig is my most underused technique. You laid it out clearly and covered everything for me. Time to put it to use. Almost time to get the yak out here in northern NJ. Spring is only weeks away!! Thanks. Tight lines.
Diamond in the rough here! Well done from start to finish! ✔
I just found the channel I was looking for.
Clear and accurate description. Thank you very much
I am completely new to fishing and have watched a ton of videos And yours is the 1st one that I can say was incredible was incredible in terms of detail for a beginner so please keep doing what you're doing!!!
Completely agree.. It was awesome for beginners

One of the best videos ever.
Great video on the Carolina rig.
5 star video. Very comprehensive. Very informative. Wish you could create the videos for all other rigs!
Wow...great video. Learned alot...thanks a million. 👍
Excellent video my man. Good stuff!
I am new to fishing as an adult. I fished when I was a young man (think cane pole, pond and creeks). I found this video most enjoyable and informative. Thanks for making the time to make it.
Thanks for watching, Paul!
Great video. Loved it!
This it’s the most easy way to learn ... thanks
Best video series I’ve seen hands down! Please do one on using jigs
PERFECT. Never Caught a fish with the C rig before and just bought a bunch of stuff to try it with.
Best video I've watched on bass fishing tips. Thank you
Thanks a lot for watching!
exactly what I was looking for
Outstanding tutorial! Thank you.
HatCamBass, excellent videos sir. Great job on the video editing. Your presentation is well thought out, organized, and complete on all topics. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, Scott!
A well produced and presented video with excellent graphic category breakdowns.
I don’t know if you ever (before your birth) seen the 1980’s commercially sold Carolina Rigs. They were pre rigged heavy 40+/- lb line with two 90 degree spring steel (stainless) elbows that held (about 1”) 20+/- lb line with two 3” finesse worms. The line went down the length of the plastic worm and had 2 hooks. One in the head, and one in the tail. The line was so stiff that the worms had a 90 degree kink in them from being folded in the package. I know that I was very skeptical when first seeing them, but on the first use at Lake Euphalla casting to a sandy beach with a fairly stiff wind and chop going on shore, 2 of us caught 24 bass in an hour. More than once, we caught two fish at a time. I have never seen these rigs sold since.
Thanks,
The old professor
Started fishing with just a line to a hook. Within a week the carolina rig was my main rig and I love it. I can "feel" the bottom and love the floro leader like to be about 2-2.5 feet. Catches fish!!
Thank you great video - finally understand the carolina rig
just what I needed to learn, thank you
Great video. Thanks for posting
In all honesty I believe this is the most consistent Bass catcher year round. Even during a tough bite. I mean even the split shot is just a Carolina rig for shallower water. Simple Carolina rig and worm catches Bass anywhere
Awesome teaching skills in this video. Thanks
I'm from Pakistan, You have make a most leaning video, the step by step visual or computerised effects are most useful in this video, i have seen several videos on fishing but the most understandable video you have made...carry on please.
Very good presentation, I can honestly say you covered all main topics and found some key points for fishing, thanks for this info, I'm definitely gonna try it out next time out fishing.
Could anyone tell me please what weight should I put for 20+ deep river?
And what distance should I keep from hook to float in 20+deep rivers
And hook sizes?
I love the animation ,very easy way to understand...suscribed
Good breakdown of the ole ball and chain.
A really great explanation.
Excellent report
Great Video , I will be out trying this the first chance I get
Great vid man been following your tutorials. One thing that I enjoyed was the background music when you spoke on all parts of the video there wasn’t dead background noise. Keep up the great work!
Good info..glad I found this channel.
Awesome video and explanation of the rig. I think I haven’t been using enough weight now that I see that’s what actually makes the noises and not the beads
Great video brotha
Wow, I use the Carolina rig exclusively for cat fish and never would have thought to use it for bass! TY sir! Sounds good to me...
Very comprehensive. Other videos I've seen show how to make the Carolina rig but NOT all the vital info you gave.
Great video, great graphics, i learned so much, we dont tend to fish like that here and i dont know why, so im going to try it this summer for our seabass. Iv liked subbed and watched your video. Great work. From a fellow angling you tube vlogger from 🇬🇧
awesome job!!!!!!!!
Bro you just got a subscriber!
Fantastic job Sir!
I'm a big Texas rig man. Thanks for the super easy techniques to understand. Great job. Can't wait to use it
Could anyone tell me please what weight should I put for 20+ deep river?
And what distance should I keep from hook to float in 20+deep rivers
And hook sizes?

Great Video ! Subscribed !
Thank you for the great info sir
great information on your video Thanks
I'm keen to give this a go next time I am out. I am just fearful that I am going to lose a lot of hooks to bottom snags. Thanks for a fantastic educational video, they are top quality
thank you, great video.
nice and very informative video
Great vid thanks dude
Where's the rest of this guide? All of the videos have been very helpful
with a good range of basic to advanced knowledge. We are waiting for
more Guides on different Rigs! That was a great comprehensive guide to
the Carolina Rig, give us more!
i agree with 90%,I'm an old man and I've used Carolina rig all my life. i fish from a John boat and use the rig as a cheap fish finder to save time. i drag it fast like a slow crankbait. it pinpoints exact location of small branches and rocks . bottom changes. then i use a Shakey head or a jig as a follow up
That was an amazing presentation
great videos
Great video
Good information thank you
Good job 🤜
