I'm glad you liked the show. I saw Phantom a few years ago, they came down to Fort Lauderdale. It was amazing. What gets me is the first time in the beginning when you hear the organ play after the auction. Give me chills! Performing arts looks incredible!
The monkey was in the box of the theatre and it is a symbol somewhat of Christine and the Phantom's love. And if you remember the beginning of the show with the auction 10 years after the story, the old man who bought the monkey was Raoul and there is a reason he bought it. You should definitely watch the DVD of the sequel called Love Never Dies, and you will figure out why he bought the monkey. The auction happens after the end of the sequel but he put in the beginning to foreshadow in a way.

I love Phantom! I saw it in Toronto, New York City and London at Her Majesty's Theater....my favorite theater performance. Hope you both enjoyed it! The music is awesome! We even visited the Paris Opera House!
Phantom of The Opera is my most favorite musical of all time! I got to see it in Vegas for my 16th birthday at the Phantom Theater. I love the movie too!
Yall looked so nice for Phantom of the Opera! Looked like an amazing show! All I've seen is the Nutcracker, we try and go every holiday season. Transiberian Orchestra is also something I want to see just cause they have a rock sound to their music! Well here in Texas our gas is $2.44 right now, and they say it will go even lower! Fill up those gas tanks lol!

Oh my God! I LOVE The Phantom! Erik, The Phantom is so handsome! I LOVE his costume! I wish he were here with me right now!!! By the way, the woman that is in charge of us Ballet Girls? That's Madame Giry. At least, I think it's Madame Giry. La Carlotta, on the other hand, she is very hard to deal with! You're right. She is rude and conceded, and stuck up! I am Christine Daae, by the way!
I almost saw phantom but it was sold out and the only 4 seat together were expensive. But I might see Book of Mormon so that would be fun.

That glass panel you saw was certainly for a teleprompter/monitor in some fashion. I don't believe it has anything to do with the steps/walkways.
Love Phantom! Saw it in London in 1989 and then at Bob Carr in the 90's. Probably time to get back to see it in our new Performing Arts Center!

I'm like a week behind on these videos but gas prices in cape may court house nj now is $2.35. Yayyy lol... And we had one 7-11 near us and they just closed for a possible wawa, wawa is ruling the east coast!!!! Lol. Glad u two had fun.
Aww! Phantom has been my favorite show since I was nine (I'm twenty now). It hasn't traveled to Texas in a while and initially I was supposed to be in Orlando this week and I was going to see it, but plans fell through. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it, though!
My husband and I love Broadway shows! We've seen The Lion King, How to succeed in business (Daniel Radcliffe was in it) and our favorite The Addams family but every time we go to a theater my husband has THE most uncomfortable time.. Due to his height as well, he's 6'4".

I saw it for the first time in Tampa on the 25th! Amazing experience, it was cool finding out everything you guys were talking about!! The Chandelier crash was BY FAR the most awesome Broadway effect ever. Hopefully it comes back to North Florida soon!
I think all the theaters are like that. I went and saw Wicked a few years ago at the Pantages Theater and your pretty much sitting on top of the person next to you and your knees are touching the seats in front of you. But the show was totally worth it if you can you should try and go see Wicked.
7:40 actually Carlotta (the rude lady) was replaced by Christine like the Phantom wanted after her voice broke but the Phantom was upset that Christine chose Raoul over him on the roof of the opera house so when Christine went back to finish the opera Ill Muto he crashed the chandelier, But Raoul pushes her out of the way before she gets hit.
I am a total phan. Ramin Karimloo will always be my phantom and Sierra Boggess my Christine.
you guys are so lucky, I love, love, LOVE phantom!!! I am seriously considering seeing if there are any seats left for Sunday, and just not paying some bills, and getting some tickets!!!

I know that tall feeling tim…..Also gas is pretty crazy as gas in ontario dropped to below a dollar a litre from a month or two ago being at 1.30 a litre

The performing arts center looks great! I'm going later this month to see Book of Mormon. Sad to hear of the uncomfortable seats. That was one of my biggest gripes about Bob Carr.

In my school district, 8th graders are in the high school now. It's really kind of annoying.
That is some crazy cheap gas! In some European countries you almost pay three times as much.
I know how you feel getting up so early. I get up for work at half three to leave for four to get to work for five. It's so tiring. I literally don't know how you manage to go out afterwards.

i took my mom to see it for her birthday. my favorite musical is WICKED
You think fuel prices are crazy there. Come to Melbourne, Australia. It fluctuates all day long some days, and can increase 15 cents in a flash. (And that's 15 c per litre, not gallon!) I was surprised how steady the prices are in the US in my trips there.

when we saw les mis in ondon the seats were very cramped im 6ft and my knees were on the balcony infront of me and thats a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG show but it was really good

Was this the US tour for Phantom? I'm going to see it in a December here in San Francisco, but not sure if that was the tour you saw or a local troup. Anyways the theatre looks amazing! Glad you guys enjoyed!
it was the Nat. tour. i can tell because i looked up something like " phantom of the opera National tour" on here on youtube. and videos of it looking like this came up.
