No more relying on a headless chicken in front of goal who wets himself everytime he is through 1 v 1 with the keeper. The owners have to do an assessment of the medical staff as well as Poch. Former Chelsea players who were injury prone seem to go to other clubs and have no issue. This constant injury situation was around before Poch.

You guys speak like the other team is just in a match to watch Chelsea play and they wouldn't react. Grinding out results is part of the game. I don't understand this obsession with over analyzing and critizing every single match Poch's Chelsea play. If win, you'd all say it's because the other team didn't play well. If we lose, you'd all say we were abysmal. If we grind out a result, you'd all say we weren't impressive. If we smash the other team, you'd all say we were lucky.
In all honesty there aren't any managers out there, I'm tired of stop and starts. We bring in another manager that means we start over and if shit hits the fan, they'll be the same excuse "oh its his first season" there isn't progression in this club. We keep changing managers with these young players we'll be stuck in the same position
Do you sincerely see Poch as a long-term trophy winning manager at Chelsea. Changing managers until they eventually get one that fits is what top top clubs do. Poch isn't an elite manager.
