I personally think that the owners are not necessarily trying to put pressure on the coach, but rather are trying to ensure there is no slack when we are so close to achieving actual results. Sometimes as a business owner, you need to shoot for the stars to land on the moon.

@@hnaku8748 i wish that logic were true. At the end of the day you are dealing with human beings. We are flawed and we have our psyche to worry about. The amount of criticism these guys take is absurd. It takes time to develop ideas with any club, especially one that has 10+ players out every week, youngest in the prem, brand new team for the 3rd time in 2 1/2 years, and the 5th coach since the take over. I have coached at a very high level before and i know how hard it is to establish a foundation. I think what Poch did is a miracle considering the circumstances.

This puts pressure on Poch and all the players to win the remaining games. If they can’t deliver in these must win scenarios against the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, and forest then he clearly ain’t Chelsea made. However, even if we don’t get European football I’d let him stay next season, if we win out.

Replacing Poch is a Dumb move if owners know anything about Football is that development teams need at least 2 seasons to actually dominate. Idea are idea but to shape people to believe is 1 thing but not being able to use 60% of the squad most of the season will definitely delay the process. But honestly there is improvement and I noticed more team work. That indicates that once all the players are there and fit. We could have a dangerous team. We made it pretty far in cup tournaments no doubt we are looking like an exciting team.
I just hope they get enough time to develop and join the team. We've wasted so much on players who were never as good or didn't get enough time to blossom(DeBruyne, Robben, Salah, CHO, Gilmour etc.)
We need to exchange Mudrik for Sudakov. The whole shuffle is being built on Sudakov

Sudakov is quality
'Yo-yo', you've described it NiiNii. That's exactly the type of manager Pochettino has been his whole career. A 'nearly there' manager. A true consistent elite manager would have more trophies. He's near same age as Guardiola (who's already being deemed as the greatest or one of, while Pochettino is still treated like an unknown potential).
I'm in no delusion. Recent developments have been good. But he's still not the ultimate solution.
Personally would like TT back for couple of main reasons. First, he'd be a better gauge for the new players (since we recently finished top 4 twice with him while being competitive in cups). Second, in case things stay similar (i.e. we're still near mid-table) with him too then it's more clear the squad isn't good enough. Then we can restructure with new directors. If we keep Pochettino and similar season happens again next season, then it's just a belated sacking. Almost waste of time.
TT is a waste of time. Good in cup games but inconsistent in league and playing style is worst than Poch..too much side way football.

replacing Poch for RDZ would be one of the dumbest things for the Chelsea directors to do. The money involved to pay off Poch and to pay Brighton would be ridiculous. All we need going forward is a CB since Thiago silva is leaving and a proper striker since we have none.
I don’t see Poch leaving he will start as manager next campaign. Jackson has had a decent season and with the Spurs and West ham games showing he’s getting better all the time. We need a couple of seasoned older players added in the summer. A replacement for Silva is a must. I don’t think we have to break the bank in the summer and I’m hoping Conor stays.
These continuous signings will come back to bite us in the long run. We have quite a number of players we bought who are even yet to get first team football Poch remains, his next problem will be a bloated squad when hopefully everyone one gets fit. Will the academy boys have th confidence they can represent the club?

Our board wants us to sell Gallagher, chalobah, maatsen and thinks Enzo and caceido will make a good pairing. I lost all hope they will make the right decision. However, the sporting director seems to have good relationships with pochettino, so hopefully they guide the board into the right direction.

And while eveyone else has espoused the belief that all chelsea are short of is a striker they now want another winger( Because mudryk, mudeuke & palmer isn't enough) and a midfilder( because caceido, enzo, challagher, chukweumeker, lavia, ugochukwu, casedei & santos,isn't enough).

More interested in the players we have that need & deserve new contracts (namely Trevoh & Connor), at this point would be happy to take a ffp hit to hang on to both,but we all know they will sell & replace with young prospective talent, thus pushing any development of the team back to basically the start of this year. No one will convince me there is any plus in selling these Intricle players at the moment(Apart from the obvious "I will do anything for pound notes" pure profit BS.). They need to make some serious tweaks to the so called "Model" or "Project" and learn that "the data says we are top 4" is all fine and dandy sounding but that's all it is sounding as in reality we currently sit 7th.

I’m American and I’m getting tired of the owners. No patience and changing managers every single season is idiotic. You can no longer win by doing that as man city, arsenal, and Real Madrid have shown.
