I own both a Glock 19 and a 2.0 Performance Center 4.25 inch, and prefer the 2.0 slightly more. It just naturally sits in my hand better than the Glock.
Hellcat Pro for CCW(night change it up, like the profile for conceal but sorta snappy)
2.0 PC for home, red dot and light coming soon.
Glock 19 for zombie apocalypse, magazines and parts everywhere.
The ergonomics for the 2.0 are just amazing in my opinion so far! Definitely enjoy the grip on them. We just bought the hellcat pro for my wife and test I agree it’s pretty snappy but feels nice as well!

Obviously debatable. I own both and I run my M&P as my standard secondary.
I’m slowly loving M&P more than Glock. I’m sure once I get mine dialed how I want that’ll change a LOT

Not going to lie, I got my M&P because I liked being able to swap out the back strap and I'm a Kyle Lamb fanboy and I bought the M&P VTAC edition.
Getting a 2.0 and Gucci-ing (is that a word?) it out, I don't think you'll have any issues.

I like them both pretty much equally, but I think the M&P has better grip an is a little easier to field strip. I use the M&P 2.0 compact as my carry.

Hell yeah. I love my Springfield hellcat. Took my shield out of rotation. My buddy let me shoot his 10mm glock, and that thing was smooth as glass.
Before I jumped ship to an M&P....
What spring rates are you running in your Glock? If you're still running the stock striker, striker return, and recoil spring, I would encourage you to tinker with it; but be careful - it's really easy to kill reliability this way. There's also Charlie Vanek who does a TON of stuff to stock glock parts that can take that trigger to the next level.
Secondly - I don't know what your trigger is (it's aftermarket); but you may want to look into the Glock Performance Trigger, they're like $50-60 and drastically improve the Glock; it's a pretty consistent 2.5-3# trigger with a really light wall. (This is outside of the first comment, *don't do both*). Deburring with a dremel and reassembling can have crazy good results on the GPT.
There's also tungsten guide rods that can make a huge difference in felt recoil. I currently run the Pure Tungsten (overbore) Extended (long) 34 guide rod in my G34. It drastically changed the handling and recoil characteristics. Puts more swing through weight in the gun, gets it out front.

Gloxk 19. A proven and reliable firearm. Key word is proven. The single upmost important decider for ur daily carry is reliability. If u pull that trigger the last thing you want to hear is a click if ur in that situation. Glock and AK here. Love all my ars and s and ws. But at the end of the day proven reliablility is number 1 for me. Those guns have seen the most use and taken more lives than any other gun. My 2 cents.
M&p are just as reliable as any glock. Any of the big 5 or 6 companies are. We arent talking some weird glock clone or SCCY junk. Ive had a M&P 2.0 since 2017. Close to 8k rounds without a failure besides some recalled ammo. The same ammo failed in a glock also. And AKs do work better if youre in muddy or sandy environments but they can and do have hang ups. But majority of us keep our firearms indoors or in vehicles. The only AR I've ever seen fail to go bang was one a dude built from alot of our groups old parts and even then it was simple to fix. Hundreds of thousands if not millions of people depend on ARs to protect them because they are trusted and proven. The same with AKs. Tons of police departments also use M&P handguns. Alot of the AR vs AK stuff depends on who built it. But there isnt a reason to pick either/or. We live in america homie, we can have both and more. But strictly talking a duty style/home defense rifle an AR makes way more sense. Its lighter, you can carry more magazines, you have plenty of rail space for any tacticool accessories, the ammo is cheap and most gun stores have parts. But we can compromise and either go with a 300blk AR or a AK-105.

I'd choose a CZ SP-01 or a Walther PPQ over those two any day.

They don't work for everyone. They're quality pistols, but not ideal for all, especially in competition.
Just turned 21 I got myself a Glock. I consider other options, but the reliability was really hard to beat and I was comfortable shooting it because it’s my dad‘s every day carry lol

The first 9mm I ever bought, besides the Problem Solva we wont mention. I got the fde 5" the week they released. One of the few older guns that I still shoot regularly. The hinged trigger is a little weird and its plastic but they make good replacements... But the all metal one has a normal blade trigger that I heard feels good. I even have a IWB sidecar holster for it but its too damn big to do all that 😂 The all metal would probably be a good comp gun. Been looking at those and some Walthers to broaden my horizons. Glocks start to get boring after 4 or 5 of them. Glad were all moving past the fuck shit and lowkey glad to see the views dropping on a certain channel lol. Gotta be a lil petty from time to time brother. 😂
You know I can get petty at any moment brother 😂😂😂 but I do agree that it’s nice to get away from glocks for a bit. Although I do love my Glock 17

@NigelJonesTv I have a bunch of firearms, Springfield Hellcat is my personal carry, I do have a glock 20 and 21 (10mm/45acp) which I enjoy for their capacity/caliber.. Baretta PX4 storm is my favorite full size 9mm.. Chiappa Rhino .357 is my favorite to take out to shoot... LCP max is my car gun
Lol I bought a taurus g3 since it was cheap, as a beater, and it ended up having a better trigger than a lot of my more expensive firearms, ended switching out a lot of triggers

The bereta 9 is the best pistol and the Remington 700 is the best rifle.
Beretta 92fs dont fit everyones hands and they are heavy. Plenty of striker fired handguns are just as reliable if not more reliable. Plenty of bolt actions are more capable at distance and wont randomly fire a round when you close the bolt, but a 700 will. Thats why they had recalls. You should really get an AR or AK before a bolt action. A criminal isnt going to be 100 yards away or wait on you to reload after every 5 rounds. Theyre good classic guns but not the best. Especially not for the modern world, competitions or self defense.
@turbocateyeS475 The Remington 700 is the most accurate gun out of the box. Also if a navy seal is carrying a Beretta 9 when he isn't deployed then there might be a good reason. I like to pay attention to the little things lol but I agree. I'd want a reliable semi auto AR if I was in a situation where my life was in immediate danger! Or fully auto🤫

Glocks don't fit my have very well, not a fan of the grip angle, they're phenomenal guns that have been duty tested time and time again... the M&P fits my hand perfectly, so I'd have to go with the M&P
My Walther PPQ 5inch, or FNS 40LS, and my Colt Mustang for CCW. But The CZ p10c or PDP Pro metal over a Glock or MandP.. Glock grip angle isn't for me, but they shoot! My brother has a Glock 17 and a Sig 365 I still like my Walther better.
I haven’t had the chance to get behind a Walther yet. I’ve heard the PDP is awesome! Same with Canik! Two firearms I’d love to run at some point.
@@NigelJonesTv I had a canik tp9sf and it was good but the Walther is just a different thing! CZ Shadow too! But they all shoot, and being comfortable with what you have is all that really matters. It is all relative. Sucks you can't get behind a lot of stuff due to the whole CA BS!! I am from CA originally but my family moved before ish got really weird there.
I absolutely hated the p365 but the p365 XMacro is a whole different animal. Better grip, 17+1, easier to hold onto if you dont have small hands. I still have a 19, 43x and a hellcat for carry guns but havent carried any since the XMacro came out. Been looking at the Walthers for a fun gun tho. And p10c are god tier! But ive had a m&p 2.0 5" for 7 years and actually like shooting it more than a tp9sfx. The canik has a better trigger but the m&p feels better.
