this is for home panels or small scale industry i think for solar voltaic plant, they used battery operated robotic brush which clean thousands of panels in a day without water. the technlogy is developed by a company called angie which is currently being operated in bhadla solar power plant in rajasthan
For a place that big, I agree with you. Thing is, as what's in the video, there may be areas that may require a person to clean the panels. Good on them for the proper system (assuming they are using an RO/RI system), but shame on them for using an improper method and a squeegee, especially with the amount of dirt buildup on those panels. Always rinse to loosen up that debris before using the brush and for heaven sake, never use a squeegee. Glad to see they didn't use any type of cleaning chemical as well..
All water globally is recycled. It doesn't evaporate and leave earth. It will just become part of a cloud elsewhere and rain back down. Plus i highly doubt it's drinking water.
If possible, try to plant suitable plants, bushes and trees in the area. These bind the dust and they would be good for the environment. Maybe then the modules won't get dirty so quickly.
Not that those guys have much for rain gutters in what appears to be a desert area, they could use them at the base of the panels. It would collect most of the water that comes off the panels as well as any from the infrequent rainstorms. Have a settling tank at the end and just recycle the water for cleaning.
Wouldn't it be better to get a soft spray nozzle and wash most of it off to reduce the amount of water that is been used? And why is he cleaning the panels against gravity? I bet it leaves scratches on the glass.
Робот хорош, пока не сломается. Не видел робота для мойки панелей, но видел моечные машины в работе. Пока не началась ломаться - все идеально. Но как только одна две поломки - и дальше по экспоненте геморрой.
Abhay Achal no no no. India is definitely not number 1. India is a shithole poverty third world country. Don’t even insult North America’s intelligence like that.
Abhay Achal No, India *won't* overtake. Stop arguing. You aren't God and thus you can't know if India is more powerful in the future. I've gone to India for a case study and I would say it's *not* a very "pleasant" experience from my point of view. I would say it's a *undeveloped* country and it's lacking food hygiene and alot of toilets. I've been to countries like Japan, Germany, Norway and China and they are doing much better then India. I don't see any reasons on why India will overtake other countries. I'm not hating India but these are the truth. ACCEPT IT.
You should first hose as much sand off without using the brush. You’re scratching the panels by pushing the sand across and into the glass. I’m curious though how they got them so dirty in the first place. Seems like someone doesn’t know their maintenance schedule.
wow nice use of brain very well done cleaing a dusty area with water just after sometime it will again become dirty and bcoz of the water will even stick to it
nuts how thorough they're trying to be with this... like you don't need the sqeegee i'm pretty sure, just kinda brush them all down really quickly every week or so. 10 seconds per panel tops. only a fool would spend this much time cleaning something to spotless quality just for it to get dirty again tomorrow.
The title should be "Solar Panel scratching in india" ...
there we go
thank you for the link, I was able to get rich enough to purchase my first Chinese wife

Banjo Marla india has plenty of water...it doesn't sustain 1.3 billion people for no reason.
Your Landlord to consider solar panels in every location water must be a factor in some areas.
Your Landlord of which many live in poverty therefore it does not sustain that many people
Mayen clean it with an airblower would be more efficent and wouldn't use that amount of water
Wow someone actually cleaning something in India??? What a miracle 😂😂

you may need to consider recycling the water
Iqbal K robots are being used for Cleaning purpose

How many years did they not clean the panels?
Such a satisfying video
would high pressure water will do faster?

Which company product (brush &wiper combination)this is?
Please tell.
I knew the primary material of solar panels was sand but I would never guess they were made like this.
🤣
what?
@@jeanmenta Silicon, the semi conductor material used in solar panels are primarily from sand. That's the joke.
Very nice. Can you plz give the name of instrument. From where it should buy?
How was solar yielding difference before and after cleaning ?
With such dust, it should rise approx from 3 to 5 times. Because with such dust energy output falling down.
Why dont they use Pressure washer with big lance ? no scratches and will do better job ?
1:45 Ouch it's still hot ah
a pressure washer would be ideal for removing that thick dust
NEVER use a pressure washer on solar panels!!
How many times will it be safe not scratch d surface
“How to create solar panels from dust”
How to please elaborate
Yukardan başlayıp aşağıya inmek daha. Doğru olmazmı ?

why no find a type a metrial that dosent catch dust. like dustophobe
Add a rail underneath the panels to divert the water to a filtering area.
Is this pune airport back side???
Wouldn't it be better to get a soft spray nozzle and wash most of it off to reduce the amount of water that is been used? And why is he cleaning the panels against gravity? I bet it leaves scratches on the glass.
Is that the best way you could possibly come up with? Tedious and slow process
this is only good for small units and home installations, all big ones now days uses automatic advanced cleaning robots which is quite efficient

Altruistic WTF!!! LOL
Why do you use toilet paper when you have water is the real question
Have you tried turning on and off the solar panel?
The walking dead 😄
Won't this cause another problem of weeds growing right under the solar panels ? Then do they need to cut the weeds ?

I've never seen a dirty solar panel before but now I have. I feel complete.
Bhai air blow kar ke bhi to dust clean kar sakte hain..Why are you wasting water if there is its substitute
Why not use pressure spray? Faster and more efficient
Are the panels still on while cleaning?
Wowza might as well start plannting plants around for the amount of water being used.
where did you get the kit
Why they don't use the nano technology to avoid the dust settles over the panel's
where did you get
They should get a wide enough brush to do a whole panel in one swipe....at this rate it will take a year to clean them all.
why did they poop on the solar panels?
is there never rain?
Would it help to raise up the panels past a certain height?
No
Where can I buy this (online) ?
Spray water over the solar panels, the dust will be reduced about 80%
Why dont they attach a wiper with it
meanwhile maintenance guy be like:- 1 panel down 1000 more to go😂
How often does it rain in India?
India has a diverse climate...it varies in different regions
Can't they just clean it every week so they don't have to clean so much dust?
Where is this selling if we desire to purchase
