Hey dude, I've recently discovered your channel and really enjoying your videos! I have a question: what kind of lures (jigs) are you using for rock fishing casting? I mean what weight in grams and length? For example what is small jig and what would be a big one.
Thanks for your feedback! In the atlantic I use Jigs between 60g and 100g from shore. I would say small is around 50mm and long 180mm. I recommand you to take jigs in all sizes so you can react on the sice of the baitfish the pelagics feed the moment ore the place you are fishing. Think in the mediteranian see it is the same…Blut there you can fish also jigs in smaller size like 30-40g in an effectiv way.

I'm from England and fish here mostly but twice a year we go to Canaries so a bit different lures than here in the UK hence my question. I did plenty of bottom fishing from the rocks in Canaries but rather with light gear, piece of fish or squid as a bait and was catching mostly smaller fish. Never tried heavy spinning stuff so the time has come!!! Thanks!
Hy Max, ist ne Daiwa Telekescherstange in 5,35m. Absolut unverzichtbar wenn die See mal wieder rau ist….Ja waren echt extrem heftige Bedingungen aber ich stand da in 10m Höhe schön sicher.
