This is our slant bed cnc lathe machine TCK550.
It uses Taiwan's linear guideways.
This machine is equipped with GSK system. Customers can also choose other cnc brand, such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
The machine is equipped with an 8-inch hydraulic chuck as standard, and 10 inch hydraulic chuck is optional.
The spindle hole is 65mm, and 86mm spindle hole is optional.
The standard turret is Taiwan's 12-station live turret, which can be equipped with 12 live tools, in horizontal and radial direction.
If the customer does not need a live turret, hydraulic servo turret is optional.
The Y axis is an optional choice.
The rotary diameter of this machine is 550mm, the processing length is 500mm, and it can also process 1000mm.
This is a chain type chip conveyor. And this is the electrical box with a heat exchanger,which can keep the air inside the electrical box at a suitable temperature and prevent the temperature from being too high due to long-term operation.
