General suggestions, consider increasing your resistance training (weights, machines, bodyweight) volume. It helps improve your bone health, which is a common problem in women that worsens with age. You can do this by dedicating one day for strength training, or use intervals training for your cardio to free up more time per session. Also, if you have a good trainer, try using free weights instead of the machines. They recuit more smaller and postural muscles that can translate better into functional movements that the machines can offer. Specific suggestions, with your squat, you're currently leaning against the bar. Its not wrong, but you can try adjusting your angle by shifting your feet back a step, so that your ankles, knees and hips have to work together and the force you produce is more up/down and less leaning back into the bar. Nice setting of shoulders on the arms stuff though. Keep them down and stable, and controlled through the movement. Hope the suggestions make sense! Have fun!

I personally don’t like doing cardio at all. When you do too much cardio it usually prevents you from putting some lean muscle mass because at first it’s burning your carbs supply and then your protein supply so when you do too much cardio you actually loose muscles. It’s nice to know your routine and your dog is awesome
F F To begin with the sentence “cardio burns muscles” doesn’t make any sense. You can do a little amount of cardio without it affecting your muscles if after you do weight training. However if you’re too focused on cardio you absolutely will loose muscles. It’s a fact, just do some research on anabolism and catabolism. Just take the example of marathon runners, usually they are extremely lean, they don’t have a lot of fat and their muscles aren’t big either. However, if you do weight training, the automatic response for your muscles is to grow bigger. I’ve been doing athletics for 7 years now and I try to learn things about the body everyday to optimize my performances. I’ve seen the results on my body from doing too much cardio so don’t say that it is a myth because you obviously don’t know what you’re talking about.
iman _Guccita if u lose focus on your training regimen and over do your cardio , yeah it’s your fault . Not the fault of science. Which is why I said u can maintain muscle as Long as you weight train or even gain muscle.
F F So why would you say “you can maintain muscle mass by doing weight training” when I didn’t say the opposite in the first place ? I know that if you do weight training and eat properly you maintain your muscle mass, it’s a fact and I didn’t say otherwise.
