If you burn or char the end of the stick, or stake before putting it in the ground then it won’t rot. Burning it closes all the wood cells in the stick. This can be done with wood planks too.

Very nice :-). I just transferred my fairly big Thai constellation to Leca (it’s a tiny bit smaller than yours) (was in peat moss)

I also do make my own pon because it’s also very expensive to buy in Australia.
If you’re interested in making it yourself, the three bait ingredients which you can just use only is:
2 parts pumice to 2 parts lava rock to 1 part zeolite ❤.

Oh Svetlana you really are such a great artist, I am also an artist and need to start painting a lot of my terra cotta pots to make them look 100% better and a lot of fun and pretty. I really really love your Monstera Thai Constallation, that is one of my wish list plants, you did such a great job repotting that gorgeous plant. Everytime I see you I just think you are so beautiful and are getting so great at your makeup that you are doing. I always really love all of your videos, and hopefully this year I can request you to create a painted pot for me because I will be able to afford to do that, and having one in my home will give me so much joy everytime I look at it. I assume that you did not use these plastic see through pole because you do not have any. This wood will rot hopefully it will not damage or stain your roots
Yeah, did not have a big plastic pole, but this will be ok for a while 😊
So glad Agnius is on the mend! Such a scare! He is a great guy and so right in loving you so much. 😉 Now let's focus on you taking good care of yourself and especially your bum knee!

How do you water something in half pon half perlite?
Same as soil to be honest, drench it, let the access water to drain and leave it be for a week :)
