I'm sorry dear, but you'll have to do some research on your own. Everything you need is available online. You should start by learning the theory first. Music theory and scales are like universal laws. There are no specific “melodic scales for tenor saxophones” as you requested and the altissimo register may vary depending on the type of instrument you are using. I went to the music school and conservatory. If you need help, consider starting your education too.
