Nice. We bought a 361 last year and for now plan to sail locally but long term plan to head south to warmer climates. Not sure if you’ve seen them but SV Impavidus on UA-cam do some great tips on maintenance and upgrades.
Mine was on the market for 72, I got it for 69. I've added about 15-20 on things like new windlass, anchor, chain, heater, water maker etc etc etc. So it's going to depend on what condition and what equipment the boat has

Yes it is, it's the oceanis clipper 393 (39 foot)
