Thank you so much Courtney for what you are doing for the sport of Ultra running. Having a role model like you for women and men really shows what the whole Ultra community is all about. Just keep being you and good luck (not needed) for the weekends race.
Hurray COURTNEY!!!! Not a day goes by that I don't think of Courtney saying, "Anyone who can patiently build up that aerobic base can run a hundred miles." 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thanks for being your joyful self!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
The editors would never do it, but really, Courtney should be Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year. Especially if she manages to win in Silverton.
@@6betoman6 Well, Courtney has the advantage (from the cynical, selling-magazines point of view) of being an American - SI almost never gives the award to non-Americans. But she doesn't play one of the big four sports, and isn't an Olympian, so it's doubtful that more than one writer at SI even knows who she is or what she's done. They'll probably pick Patrick Mahomes.
Love Courtney!!! She continues to make it so exciting & inviting to run ultras! What a great outlook-“I love surprises”. Can’t wait to follow her race!!!
Thanks so much for the support of Sarah's growth! While I'm not sure how Sarah felt, it's true that Sarah recently became a part of our interview team. From my perspective, she's doing WONDERFULLY given the tasks being asked of her in this role. -Meghan
Sarah is doing a great job and she is growing in her position. The interview team now spans a crew from different cultural backgrounds which reflects in the interview styles which is great. Irunfar one day can have fun interview with an American/Europeans/Asian asking the same question to Courtney and I am sure we will all enjoy it. Go for it Sarah - my knees would be shaking interviewing grande Courtney 😂
It's driving me mad there's a "ok, great." Or similar "ok, brilliant." After every reply... in every interview! M A D! 🤪 someone teach her a new phrase!
I think it must be just the way they say things in Ireland. To Americans, it can sound kind of like Sarah is cutting off the conversation or even being sarcasrtic but she really isn't. Sarah has actually improved dramatically in a very short period of time. ❤🎉
@@jillsy2815 , yep for sure it's a cultural thing and thanks for the support.❤ Doing my best to be understandable across cultures but I'm also very busy learning a lot of new things in this role so I'm not going to waste too much time on trying to alter my natural mannerisms, maybe people will get used to me, sorry Michael!😄
I think Sarah is doing fantastically, you can really feel how much she appreciates the sport and the athletes and I think she has a super friendly interview style. Thank you irunfar for all this amazing content, you give so much to the ultra community!

If Kilian didn't get it last year after winning Zegama, Hardrock and UTMB then there is no chance.

She is the real deal. Very humble and dedicated.
“Seems to be working” , that’s an understatement 🤪 Go Courtney 👍
My favourite pro athlete. She’s incredible. This double would be wiiiiild. In my mind she’s the only one who could do the double win.
Gotta❤sarah’s interview style…it’s like they just called her to the start line or something…😂❤🙏🏾🇺🇸
It's amazing how much fortitude and toughness is packed into this little person.
Go Courtney!!!!! We love you!!!
Does anyone know is Courtney doing UTMB this year? Always like to see her and follow her progress at UTMB?
So chilled, so awesome. Great example of a human being and woman.
I hope she wins ! Two wins would be huge
Great interview and questions! Can't believe this interview has haters hahah keep it up & let's go Court!!
Super casual and super awesome…
WOOO Courtney!!!
The Double is on👏
Great athlete, very happy and disciplined
Such good advice - I'll be putting it into action!
I am sure she’ll be fine. Good luck.
she's a total badass
Pretty Every Day ‘s
Why can't she just be specific about the food? What a boring answer
Some of the follow up responses came off...flat 😅
I noticed that too

Sarah is a new interviewer so maybe felt nervous? I think she'll improve with time.
