Very tasty, light and fluffy | Pancakes without flour

These pancakes are made without flour, but with delicious cream cheese or quark. This gives the batter the perfect consistency and also makes the pancakes nice and fluffy.
Ingredients
4 eggs
20 g sugar
120 ml milk
60 g cream cheese or quark (20% fat)
2 sachets vanilla pudding powder
1 pinch of salt
Some vegetable oil for cooking
