In my first trimester I was dying with nausea, tried a bunch of different prescription medicines. None of them worked better than “no to morning sickness tea”. It makes me feel alive again.

It's amazing how natural approaches can be more effective than the medications! There's even research to show that ginger is more effective than Dramamine for pregnancy induced morning sickness!

Ironically, I got food poisoning from my Grandmother's curd rice. I don't think I can ever eat curd rice with carrots again. Similarly I also vomited after eating spicy prawns. But it was worth it :')

Remember to serve curd rice hot. Hahahaha. Curd is not supposed to be added once the burner is turned off.

What foods work for each person can be slightly different - the typical recommendation is low fat, BUT, some people do great with high fat - specifically cheese. Ginger is our favorite tip at our clinic for helping with nausea.
