They probably were brought up privileged with the ability to hire personal skating and drills, hockey camps, extra ice time, top notch equipment etc. players are manufactured. No longer small town kids learning to play on frozen ponds
They were. My son played against the youngest. My son was just at good. In fact, my son nailed him when he played on Ceasars and my son Victory Honda. He got better obviously. However, anyone would take advantage of the nepotism and extras. Hats off to them.
Not hating but you gotta be honest with yourself if your kid was just as good he’d be in the nhl by now

His dad used to come to our Pee wee games with other guys from PC, as he went to PC and I live in Rhode Island, and help us out teaching us various techniques etc. Real hockey familly, Excellent podcast Aves. Long time hockey guy and Bruins fan but alwayssloved your style lol. Watched many a game against the Rangers.
