PUMPKIN PURÉE I Recipe

It's Autumn and I'm dreaming of Pumpkin Pancakes, Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Bread .... but first, I had to make Pumpkin Purée.
So here it is. It's pretty easy to make. Just make sure that it's thick and not runny. If it is runny, strain the liquid with a cheese cloth. If you don't, your baked goods will not turn out well. 🎃🎃
