I always wanted to get to Flevo but never managed it. I was blown away by OTR at Greenbelt in 1992, saw all 3 of the gigs they played during the festival. Still listen to 'Till we have Faces", absolutely brilliant album
I was in that audience! Halfway through the song it started to rain. We all drowned! In later years I begun to think this was my own personal urban legend, but here's the proof that I didn't conceive it in my imagination, so thanks!
I appreciate who they are now, but I still yearn for the Till We Have Faces to Film for Radio days. FFR was starting to drop off, but I don't care for much after that. I'm glad I was able to see them a half dozen or so times from 1998 to 2002.
Well done compilation! I uploaded the (in the Netherlands) broadcasted, but cut version ages ago on my old YT-account. I wonder if the original recordings are still in an archive of the production company, sadly probably never to be seen again....
Ik hope so, I can ask around. I know that the Dutch TV shortened the solo..😢😢 So I had to use the German TV version who only include the solo. Would be nice to bring the concert out on Vinyl and CD!

Faces was absolutely incredible!! How I long for that energy and edge. Karen still sounds great in 2021, but damn, what could have been....

Never understood why OTR changed their sound overtime. Their older music is so much better sounding than their new style they have adopted.
I totale agrée, but I think the main reason for the change is fact that Ric Hordinski left the band...
