    Resipi
    Bahan-bahan:
    200g ikan vegan
    1 biji terung Panjang (potong kecil)
    6 batang bendi
    ½ sudu kecil biji sawi
    ½ halba
    2 tangkai daun kari
    1 batang cili hijau (potong dua)
    5 biji bawang kecil
    10 ulas bawang putih (ketuk)
    1 biji tomato (potong dadu)
    5 sudu besar serbuk Kari ikan
    1 sudu besar serbuk chili
    4 cawan air
    Asam jawa saiz limau nipis
    Serbuk kunyit
    Minyak (goreng)
    3 sudu besar minyak bijan (organicule)
    Garam secukupnya
    Gula merah secukupnya
    Hiasan:
    Daun ketumbar
    Cara memasak:
    1. Pertama sekali, perapkan ikan vegan, terung, bersama sedikit serbuk kunyit dan minyak. Gaul sebati.
    2. Goreng seketika bendi angkat dan ketepikan. Kemudian, goreng pula ikan vegan dan terung sehingga warna keperangan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
    3. Kemudian sedikan satu periuk, masukkan minyak bijan (organicule).
    4. Masukkan biji sawi dan biji halba. Kacau seketika.
    5. Masukkan daun kari, cili hijau, bawang kecil, bawang putih dan tomato. Kacau sebati sehingga naik bau.
    6. Kemudian, masukkan serbuk kari, serbuk cili, air dan sedikit garam. Kacau sebati dan biarkan reneh.
    7. Selepas mendidih, masukkan air asam jawa, sedikit gula merah dan sedikit garam. Kacau dan biarkan lagi mereneh.
    8. Selepas itu, masukkan ikan vegan, bendi dan terung. Tips adalah bila sudah letak bahan bahan ini takperlu kacau hanya goyangkan periuk sahaja seperti di dalam video.
    9. Letak sedikit daun ketumbar. Sedia untuk dihidang.

    Ingredients:
    200g vegan fish
    1 long eggplant (cut into small pieces)
    6 okra
    ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
    ½ fenugreek seeds
    2 stalks of curry leaves
    1 green chilli (cut in half)
    5 small onions
    10 cloves garlic (tap)
    1 tomato (cut into cubes)
    5 tablespoons fish curry powder
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    4 cups of water
    Tamarind (size of a lemon)
    Turmeric powder
    Oil (fried)
    3 tablespoons sesame oil (Organicule)
    Salt as needed
    Brown sugar as needed
    Decoration:
    Corriander leaves
    Cooking method :
    1. First of all, marinate the vegan fish, eggplant, along with a little turmeric powder and oil. Mix well and set aside.
    2. Fry the lady fingers for a while, lift and set aside. Then, fry the vegan fish and long eggplant until brown. Lift and set aside.
    3. Then a little pot, add sesame oil (Organicule).
    4. Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. Stir for a moment.
    5. Add the curry leaves, green chillies, small onion , garlic and tomatoes. Stir well until fragrant.
    6. Then, add curry powder, chilli powder, water and a pinch of salt. Stir well and simmer.
    7. After boiling, add tamarind juice, a little brown sugar and a little salt. Stir and let it simmer again.
    8. After that, add the vegan fish, okra and long eggplant. Tips are when you have placed the ingredients, you don't need to stir, just shake the pot as in the video.
    9. Place a little coriander leaves. Ready to be served.
