Time to clear some things up:- Yes we don’t have that much interaction on screen between Leon and Sherry in RE2R. But with the RE4R they’ve made Leon A Claire B scenario cannon. Because Leon’s flashback in RE4R includes Marvin and his speech scene which only happens in Leon A scenario. So that means Leon kept Sherry safe when Claire went out to fight final form birkin. Also Leon saved Claire from Final form Birkin to with the whole detach the coach sequence. Then they were all together in the train ride. After that Claire leaves to find Chris and Leon takes care of Sherry by himself we don’t know how long. It could be a day or two. They spent more time offscreen together than we know. Also RE4R made this cannon as well that here too Leon gives up his freedom for Sherry’s sake. They force him into being their Agent keeping Sherry’s life on the line. So I don’t know about you all but according to me Leon made the biggest sacrifice for Sherry and I won’t see anyone disrespect this pure found family father daughter relationship Leon and Sherry have. They should have added Claire instead
Y E S I've been saying this for years
When we eventually get the RE6 Remake. I want them to pay more emphasis on the found family dynamics with Leon and Sherry. Like with RE4 remake they’ve already made it cannon that Leon was forced into the US service keeping Sherry’s life on the line. This time I hope they make it so that Sherry actively knows what Leon did for her and we have even more Father Daughter moments with these two. I find the idea of Sherry choosing to becoming an agent for Leon another level of heartbreak and angst.
Uhh no. In the original RE3 Epilogue Files the government agent was threatening Leon to take Sherry but they struck a deal because Leon has "value" so he had no other choice but to become a government agent.
@@calebgriffy4585 So literally what the other guy just said. Leon being forced to join the service for Sherry's sake.
@@theworstcatholic7247 OP said they made it canon in RE4 Remake.
How can it be canon it if already happened in the original.
Amin to that! They really need to shed some light on their bond and how much Leon (and Claire) have influenced Sherry. Her love and admiration for Leon makes for a great potential plotline. Would love to see it explored.
Sherry Claire And Leon Reunion After 15 Years Ago
Love seeing main characters come together
"You get used to it"
Yeah we (player) feel that line.., especially when you heard "Leooooon HEEEEELLLPPP uugh".
That being said, I LOVE the mutual respect between Leon and Jake
This game is so FUCKING GOOD
Agreed
RE6 is one of my personal favorites. The second being RE4.
RE 6 was my first Resident Evil games and it has a very special place in my heart for introducing such awesome characters. The voice actors also gave it one hundred percent when it came to their characters. In terms of the characters and their voice actors, this game is second to none in the RE games
@xxTHE_GAYMERxx No punchline here. I genuinely think this game is great.
@xxTHE_GAYMERxx nope. good game
I love this game and I'm still waiting for the sequel. In addition to the fact that Resident Evil Death Island is almost released and I hope that it will be shown in theaters.
1:38 proud Leon smirk 😏
Jake: "Guy doesn't know when to quit"
Leon: "You'll get used to it"
Leon in his mind remembering: *Loud footsteps* with a song *"X GON GIVE IT TO YA"*
*Ustanak is about to die*
Leon: "So...how do you wanna do this?"
Leon's subtle nod to Mr. X was fucking great.
Mr X was Leon's first big enemy. I'm sure he still thinks of him when remembering the horrific events of that night in Raccoon City.
The game looks so nice that I thought it was a movie and not a game
Bruh fr
The look Leon gives Jake right after that shove, it just screams “you aren’t that guy.”
Sherry : LEON!
Leon : *has vietnam war flashbacks with Ashley*
Leon clearly recognizes that Sherry being there is basically Simmons having a boot on his neck, but he’s clearly relieved when he realizes Jake is capable.
is it might possible, that this cutscene is the first time, Leon meets a "Wesker" ?
Well yes, but in the context that this is him meeting a good "Wesker" not the world destroying Wesker duo
1:09
Claire: Really? Alright..
In original RE 2 Leon is one of Sherry savior too not just Claire and they have more interaction than in remake
I really had a lot of fun with this Resident Evil
I really need them to bring back Jake and Sherry for a proper sequel
fr
Sherry: Leon saved my life in re2
Claire: am I a joke to you
I mean Claire kinda left Leon and sherry and Leon kinda visit her once or twice
@@jimmynucklehead3070 But Claire saved her 😂
@@jimmynucklehead3070 If it's not for Claire, Sherry wouldn't be around. Cuz Ada dragged Leon with her while in separate ways with Claire. Claire was in the position rescuing Sherry. Just saying if u haven't play or seen RE2 remake.
@@erratsuki7840 and then you didn't really know about Leon and Sherry chemestry in RE 2 original
@@erratsuki7840 beside this game more connect to RE 2 original then remake one
I can't believe I'm watching this right when we get resident evil village. Hope we get to see them again
in fairness, The dialog writing in six was the best of all the series.
not the leon and chris part. that shit sucked
This Resident Evil protagonists should know by now that they need more than a handgun.
"Leon saved my life in Raccoon City."
Claire: Yeah, yeah. Fuck me.
Need Leon and Sherry working together in the franchise's next game.
Leon is the only badass who can wear his hair like that
love how years later Leon's using his Matilda
Jake better stand down. Even Wesker genes won't prevent him from getting his ass whooped by Leon
1:38 proud elder brother smile
i miss playing as sherry they had really great chemistry
After 15 years? Yeah, for us maybe. But i think that things can happen between games.
0:51 that's the im gonna get my belt on you look
Love the look Jake gives Leon when he says “welcome to the club” xD
Too bad, claire wasnt here 😢 but then , after watching 'infinite darkness', i now understand: claire and leon are not in good terms during this time . Its been 6 years
Infinite darkness - 2006
Re6 - 2012
I just hope theyll be able to settle their rift in the future 😢
Leon is just nice gentlemen also 👌👌👌👌👌👌
Leon and jake just became best friend
Welcome to the club, buddy
Say what you will about RE6, but I genuinely love the game! Maybe it's just my general affinity for high-octane action, but I just love the game!
1:38 That smirk on Leon's face
I like how leon always trying 2 start shit 😂😂 he fought Chris and jake shoved him lmao
leon did what the government told 'cause of sherry's safety? but she ended up being an agent for simmons and living in lies? man, leon is a bad father and claire just made random visits... sherry wasn't protected at all, she ended up fighting monsters instead of a happy normal life
Damn i am so going to replay re6 and probably Re5 since it was my favorite. 🔥🔥🔥
Nice
Omg I didn't even finish this game. I didn't know they reunited!
I enjoyed the video shirrako
so leon and claire became sherry's, adopted parents. thats cool, she is also following on their footsteps.
Honestly, RE2 Remake made this look nonsensical cause they barely had any interaction with each other even until the end. The ending in the Remake was so anti-climactic it looked like Leon didn’t even save her unlike in the original.
It's good that the original Resident Evil 2 is still canon to the OG RE4 and RE6. And to be honest Resident Evil 2 Remake had bad writing and got everyone's personality and character wrong, so It doesn't really fit into the original timeline.
@@dereksparrow565 💯
@@dereksparrow565 OG RE2 and OG RE3 is now on GOG and can run well on modern PC instead of relying on emulation. Newcomers who wants to experience the OG versions can get from there.
Welcome to the club😂😂😂😂😂
You get used to it.
Leon: "Sherry?"
Sherry: "McCree?"
Helena: "Look at the plane!"
Leon: "It's hiiiiigh noon."
1:38 look that smilie proud dad's face xD
