The strawberry conch has a very pretty shell which can be turned into artistic or decorative pieces. Thanks for showing us how you cook them in Romblon. The sea is indeed a generous benefactor. My best-friend is from Mariveles and her house is also near the sea, I'm suddenly missing her and her place. You are so lucky, Nicole! As for bottle gourd, may I suggest another simple but delicious recipe called ''pancit maklak'' - it's simply rice noodles whose star ingredient is stripped bottle gourd. Then add shrimps for added flavour and annatto seeds for colour. :)

I just love how clean your place is. It will be more of a challenge when you move to your new house, but I am sure you will be as tidy as you are now, it is who you are. Best wishes to your future endeavours. ❤

It is strange to see Philipinos eating noodles with rice or noodles with bread.Malaysians do not eat this way. For us, rice is a staple with other dishes. Noodles is a separate meal by itself, served with protein such as beef, chicken or seafood (not fish, if fish, it is blended in the gravy or as fishcake) Also in Malaysia, we use alot of spice. This is just for info...I am sure everywhere in the world, we acquired our own tastes & love them. Enjoyed your vlog!
