  • Dutch archer Sjef van den Berg retired from competitive archery after his second Olympics at Tokyo 2020. He’s since studied carpentry, started commentating on archery broadcasts and now freelances as a coach, most recently for Canada at the 2024 Pan American Championships.     Thanks for that. Sjef has been an inspiration for my archery journey. He is one of the best archery commentators around. I am glad he has found a path after being an archer. I wish him all the best.

    need more of this, in greater length plz.
    lots of good stories from our archers, both top and young aspiring.
    So glad to hear about Sjef. It is hard to make those decisions and hope he does well. Would love to hear more from him (pun intended) and his coaching.
