Im fully Singaporean, i find your vids very well done and fun, i gotta say tho i cannot imagine, paying that amount for rent every month. That would destroy me
What do u mean by fully Singaporean? We don't need foreigners here taking up our space ,driving up the rental prices . why the f@#$% u ppl wanna come here?
Hi Adrian. I have enjoyed your videos and recently moved here. Your scripts are very good. I have one suggestion that you might speak just a tiny bit slower. I know in Singapore people speak quickly, but the pace makes it a little stressful to follow along.
Why not? Adrian can cheaper and buy new owner house in most America property sales. Most foreigners Japan and South Korea can buy new house bigger of the million dollars.
Thank you for this video! I might be getting a job in Singapore and this is super useful 😊 looking around with a theoretical max budget of 1.4k and as someone who neeeeeds natural light, I'm scared haha
Thank you for this indepth video. I had a quick question, near the end, you kept mentioning talking to the landlord. Did you just skip the agent and talk to landlord when you wanted to secure the place? On propertyguru, I always see agent information.
Do you have any recomendación , we are moving to the city with 2 large dogs, any prefer zone? The landlords have problem with pets? There is a special extra charge for pets?
lol 90% of this video is based on my own experience searching for and renting an apartment and it took weeks to conceptualize and produce, plus I mentioned Cove as a potential option and it's entirely up to people's own judgement when it comes to living with Cove or not so yeah

Really great information for those who need real daily costs, like me. Could you clarify for me about the costs when you rent for the first time a condo or HDB, I´ll probably moving in a month and need to calculate a budget for the first month, I´ll receive accommodation for the first 10 days but after that, I´ll be by my myself, I see that you need to pay 3 months in advance for moving. What are the alternatives? any info will be appreciated. thanks in advance
usually it's 1-month security deposit plus first month's rent but you can consider hotel during the transition period which allows for more flexibility!
Hey, how about for people wanted explore Singapore perhaps for few months only. What would u recommend, anyway u can connect me? I’m looking for my young mature son. Ty
Hello Adrian 😀 how are you? You are born in American your own family. But all Singaporean have rich and spend all the million dollars and private villa and condominium. Some people have afforded quite expensive in HDB. You are working here in permit work for 2years . You are so young boy and not professional experience
One sad reality for renting in Singapore is that it helps to be White or East Asian. Even for East Asians, they have a negative stereotype on PRC citizens.

Hi ,I'm moving to Singapore during the month of August, if possible can you please share any rental accommodations
This video would have benefited more from Adrian's actual experience instead of finally just an ad for Cove. What did you get? What did it cost?
