Travis, appreciate your videos! Fun to watch and relatable as a B2B sales rep in Charlotte. I would try pulling your tie knot a little tighter, it will add a dimple that looks nice and will prevent it from loosening up during the day/from your seatbelt. Just pinch it just below the knot and pull down firmly while pushing the knot up! It’ll lock in to place much better. I used to wear a suit and tie everyday and it took me forever to realize it and felt like i was constantly readjusting. Cheers.

I am in outside sales aswell and my first 3 months I sold 88k, 124k, and then 164k and now I've only sold 14k this month and I'm in a struggle phase and this helped me with motivation

Travis. Do you have a specific split or routine you do to cope with morning workout.? I am 31 and a father of two. My kids are 4 and 1 years old. I really wanna continue working out But i am so stiff in the morning it Hurts, No pun intended.
Haha I like to wake up at 4:00 , get my mind ready until 4:30, bike for 5 minutes , dynamic stretches for 20, and then I start actually working out
