Shuna and ss achates can be used to heal other charas as their heal is not counted as heal btw
Ss achates is still heal, only shuna is considered to count as not heal

@@kristensmith11 expedition wasn't meant to be "fun", people really want to make good use of their energy so they would try their best on making team for it, why would they waste a spot healer which do nothing for the team
geez f maya could have been the best tank for this expedition, its a shame that passives don't proc there

nice, i just hit 1.2 mil with a team that consisted of cerise, lilias, luluca, and cermia. a lot of duals helps and s1 proc twice

do you think Ram would be ok? Like obviously passive doesn't do anything...but out of the top dps units I only have luluca built atm, and already have ram built cause of water exp.

Nah he deal increased damage propotional to enemy's max health, so he wouldn't hit as much hard as he would otherwise (damage dealt proposional to max health doesn't work, including ervalen, ddj, etc)
@@shorn8103 I don't think Ervalen's skills work like ddj.
From what I recall, he gets 30% to 60% more damage depending on the difference of his HP against his target's max hp and the calculation is capped to around 7k difference. Since this is pve, the calculation will always be capped vs bosses.

@@Chibitantei2588 a dps build ervalen wouldn't have any effectiveness (i think you need at least 85%). so give the defbreak job to your other units. plus that crtchance rate is no bueno, try to give him higher crtrate
You said don't bring someone with passive yet you suggest Mort and Senya as tanks? Apart from conflicting points, they will have downtimes from their s3 buffs naturally and they can lose it through the boss' strip too.
true there are probably better options out there. but the tank slot is quite flexible
@@kaiisheng the tank slot is flexible but my issue with the video is the conflicting message regarding the usage of heroes with passive skills. Mort and Senya were explicitly stated in this video as knights with no passive yet that is false. The writeup for this video doesn't appear to have been proofread due to this.

Elphelt with her own artifact could also work in Iseria/Cerise place, I think. Fast, def break, strip, unbuffable. Though Ras and Cecilia are clear choices for their def breaks and strips, I think they need Justice for All for that (especially Cecilia) and they are currently being used for other stuff where I need them with Aurius. So I think I going to try first with counter Ilynav, she should be able to keep herself buffed without Justice for All (and if not, I'm not using her for anything in specific so I don't mind rebuilding her around Justice for All), and though not bringing anything else to the table, her dmg maybe makes up for that. As long as Elphelt and Yufine can keep up the def break that is. So that's going to be my team, I think: Ilynav, Yufine, Elphelt and Carmy-shwan. (I'm so glad I kept her geared). Go! Go! Bouncy Waifu Team! xD
JFA doesnt work here. Since the artifact procs after the user ends the turn, it's disabled by Isolation
Oh, could have sworn I saw A.Ras getting a buff from JFA there, would need to rewatch. But yeah, if it doesn't work then I don't really see Cecilia as a good choice there, only 2 turn buffs from her S3 and 4 turns cooldown.
Yep, rewatched and you can see how Justice for All procs but it's not applying any buffs. So yeah, Cecilia seems like a long shot for that fight, too much time without buffs.
If you do manual, you can perma Soulburn with Ras and he'll have always Immunity on him

If you have her, Elphelt with her own artifact should be able to work in Iseria's place. Very fast, def break, strip, unbuffable.

@@fpra3349 don't think so because the only thing has is his 80% def break which is not reliable, and the dmg of his s1 with atk buff on s2 is not that high especially when he only hit 1 time s1 with atk buff since he would always use s3 first

He's good but not very consistent since u have to build him with spd instead of counter

sorry, that's NOT how eff/resist works.
think of eff/resist as a bottle with water/oil
so on water bottle you have 100% resist
on oil bottle you have 100% eff
when you mix both in the same bottle (mix is the wrong word here, they dont), you'll have 50% water and 50% oil = 50% chance to land a debuff.
if you have 200% eff against 100% resist, the debuff chance is 75%.
if you have any value that makes the difference higher than 85%, they'll cap at 85% (both eff/resist)
as in: if you have 5% resist, and enemy have 10% eff, the final result is 75% chance to land debuff. if it's 2%resist, 1%eff, it's 25% chance to land.
basically, the sum of eff+resist must = 100% total. it's easier with a graph. the pizza one makes it very easy to understand.
Idk who told you this but THAT is just wrong. You subtract effectiveness from the targets ER. A 100% effectiveness unit attempts to debuff a 100 ER unit you will only have a 85% chance to land the debuff. Everyone has an innate 15% ER that can only be bypassed if the skill states "Ignore Effectiveness". Just google "epic 7 effectiveness calculator and see for your self

Chance to debuff= chance of ability landing + effectiveness - efr. Conversely chance to resist is always 15% of more. Please don’t make a simple mechanic more complicated than it has to be
@@darkjib The chance to PROC a debuff is not the same as EFFECTIVENESS. 100% Effect resist does NOT resist all debuffs. If I have 200% effectiveness and a unit has 100% ER the ER is effectively negated besides the 15%. Like i said, dont take my word for it. Look up a calculator and see for your self. Or stay ignorant idc

Let's keep it simple. The % chance to land a debuff is (100 + Eff) - Res , capping at 85%
Therefore 85% effectiveness is your maximum chance
100 + 85 = 185
- 100 res = 85%
@@ool172 nobody have "15% passive resistance". it "looks like it" and that's the reason i pointed out the 5% vs 10% and 2% vs 1%.
try using lower values instead of always using 100~200 in the calculator, and you'll see how broken they are.
according to you, having anything lower than 15% eff results in no debuff at all, because it's a simple "plus/minus" math.
so 15% "passive resist" (wrong term btw, that the community wrongly labeled it) against 0% eff = -15% chance to debuff....
and still my mistychain can land debuffs against 100% resist enemies with 0% eff....
read the game help, it states clearly: "the difference of effectiveness and resistance cannot be over 85%" so as much as you have "15% passive resist" you also have "15% passive eff", and it doesn't add in the final value.
the reason for that? if there was no cap, a 1% resist would negate everything against a 0%eff. a 50% resist would negate anything below it too.
you can study a bit of math to check how percentages work too. it helps.
