well it didn't deliver to my house, they gave me a notice and I had to pick it up in the post office. It arrived Dec. 23 then i received the letter from philpost Jan 11

it pretty straight forward. You just need the letter, a valid ID & the handling fee (if your not late, cause with late it has an added payment). you just present those to the designated counter and you'll get it
