I always imagine what my 3-year old Tabby, cat, Oci-Cat is saying when she looks at me waiting to feed her. Oci is on a diet too and gets upset when meals are late (3 minutes) "oh the torture, I am starting to feel woosy and not sure if I will last much longer!"
