      Hi Narakai! I am so glad you are enjoying the videos and look forward to seeing them… Thank you so much! I have been working on a technique lately that looks so simple but is harder than I expected. I have made at least 15 to get one right for next week! 😂 Patience is a virtue!
      Thanks again and Take care - R-👋🏽✨🌹🌹🌹💫

    Love this bead! The silver stringer really makes it look like the night sky. Such a cool effect. I’m learning so much from your videos- thank you xx

      Hi Ginny! Thank you so much! It totally makes my day to read your comment! 😆 I am learning a lot as well. This murrini was a first for me. I love exploring techniques that look harder than they actually are. It’s like lifting the veil to reveal its true simplicity. I am glad I film myself working or I might not have captured this little beauty! Thanks again, Ginny!! Cheers- R- 🥰👋🏽🌹✨

      Hi Lena! Thanks so much! I was nervous that I cut to much out. 😂 I’m really glad that you found it to come across clearly. Especially with something that can be this time consuming!

    Can you wrap the top and bottom of the can in big globs of clear to help make sure all the ends ‘stick in’?

      Hi Beth! Great to hear from you!! 👋🏽 You could use clear, sure, but it might mess with the pull. Hey…it’s worth a try! I tried to make this one as short as possible…it was almost 30 mins!….to long for me to sit through. 😂😂 Hoping all is well in your world! R- 🤗🌹🌹🌹✨

    Where do you get the mandrils you use? How do you get the glass off the end?

    • @scottwoodresearch
      @scottwoodresearch  18 днів тому +1

      Hi Jman! 💫🌹 The mandrels are made using 3/32” stainless steel welding rod. I get a box of 100 at a time. Patrick usually makes them…😅 he will cut them into 12” lengths and sand the ends down.
      You should be able to find them in most stores that sell propane, oxygen or welding supplies.
      When I take a bead off the mandrel, I use a pliers to hold onto the mandrel right next to the bead and twist it gently off the mandrel a little at a time. 💫 Hope that helps! Thanks for asking!
      Have a great week ahead! Cheers- Robin 👋🏽🌈✨✨✨
