This is a very cheap LED light & can be easily made at home. You don’t need any special skills to assemble it.

- Two 3.7 Volts Lithium 18650 Batteries

- Recharging Socket for Nokia (small pin)
- 3 volts LED Plate

Don't we need current limiting resistor for led strip?
It need a 4056module to charge batteries.. A mobile charger wouldn't work..

I am seeing you using 100 0hms resistance as well as the diode, why are you using them,and if the battery was a 12 volts what would be the value of the resistance as well as the value of the diode.please help ☺
100 ohms resistance was used to reduce current for charging led which needs 3 volts approx while the diode was used to protect return voltage to flow one way.

If you choose 12v battery the resistor value should 680ohms...
And diode is for prohibit reversing voltage... You can choose 1N4007

Ek 100 ohms ka resistor series men lagane se voltage kam kr k heating kam ki ja sakti hy mgr jb battery low ho jaegi to brightness bhi kam ho jaegi.
islye heatup hone den aur kuch hi time bad battery jab 3.5 volt pr ajaegi to heating kam ho jaegi. Resistor na lagaen to acha hy.

This is 3 volts plate made in China & easily available in Pakistan very cheap around 15 cents each.

Diode doesn't allow return voltage and voltage flow one side. So battery voltage do not pass to charger but charger voltage pass to battery.

What stops it from overcharging? Do those batteries have the overcharge protection built in?
No protection circuit is added this time. 2 hours are enough for full charging. More time doesn't do any problem as I tried whole night. But don't charge more than 2 hours & check if its not heating up. You can use your own protection separately. Thanks
They probably have the protection circuit on the positive end cap if that's the case. Overcharging is not a maybe thing.
You are right, in very rare cells there are invisible protection circuit on the negative end which can be compared with an ordinary cell in length which exceeds few millimeters & that is removable..

You can use 3 volts 1 watt leds 3 nos in parallel with star type heat sink either so total will be 3 volts 3 watts the same as I used.

Don’t make this rechargeable light because here is no protection feature for the lithium battery.after some days the battery will be blast.you can use 4056 charging module for making this rechargeable light

I don't think its necessary because the battery will reduce voltage after few minutes if it is fully charged. Resister will lower its brightness. If you're thinking as a load resister, you can have it.

I'm worrying if I might damage the 18650 battery or the LEDs if I don't put any resistor in it. Do you have any thoughts in this? Please reply.

Diode se one side current flow hota hy aur reverse nahi jata. Charger remove karogy to battery ki power charger use karne lagega aur battery discharge ho jaegi. Islye diode use karte hen. Thanks for comments & watching. Plz subscribe.

yes it can pass 2 hours load shedding time & I'm already using it. But be sure, the cells should be in good condition.

I'm using old cells but those are in good condition. Test them with multi meter that should show 3.7 volts or little bit less.

Battery ke upar aik switch chupkao. Switch k upar ek chhoti dc motor chupkao blades k sath. Battery se ek wire positive se lekar switch pe lagao aur switch ka dusra connection motor pe lagao. aur motor ka dusra connection battery ke negative men lagao. Switch on karo Fan Chalooooo. Good Luck.

This is a 3 volts led light plate, you can run this with 5 volts mobile charger with resister after reducing its voltage.
