As an English boy this is one of my favourite games, I remember sitting in a pub being so confident we had won the game at half time, to be blown away by such an unbelievable comeback. Hated it at the time, but in hindsight it was awesome. The Scottish comeback is one of my favourite things about rugby!
Whoever wins deserves the win... the score was the same so no one deserves anything even if it would be cool for Scotland to have comeback for the win.
as a scott?, really?, ANY REAL PERSON FROM SCOTLAND WOULD KNOW THAT IT'S SCOT, no SCOTTISH person would EVER say SCOTT, that's a name for gods sake 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴
Couldn't agree more, I'd actually forgotten that incident in the euphoria of the whole event , but it is outrageous how much he gets away with, I noticed an off ball obstruction I hadn't before in this match and it is another thing he always does and always gets away with too.
Exactly right. Farrell made absolutely no attempt to block the kick OR wrap up Graham. Even if his timing had been better it would have been an illegal play.
I'm seeing this for the first time in 2022! It was a very absorbing game and worth watching. At the end, it was so close that it was impossible to separate the teams! I think the draw was the correct outcome. Very well played!
As someone who had not seen this match, and had no idea of the outcome, I particularly appreciated the graphic that unexpectedly pops up 14 minutes and 43 seconds into the game thanking me for watching and clearly stating the final score. FFS🙄
We finally won at twickenham 2021 covid hit no crowd the first since 1983 when I was 3 years old. This game though 38-38 is unbelievable game passionate rugby.
Without losing appreciation for streaming this excellent game for our enjoyment, why would you tell us in the caption that it ended in a draw as well as randomly flash the final score 14 minutes into the game??
still have no idea why Falible was allowed to stay on to be substituted, he deserved at least a yellow there as he possibly has nearly every game he plays
@@alexdonnelly329 I'll give you that. Definitely blocking but it happens so many times a game that it'd be impossible to punish. The English just timed it well against us unfortunately
At 37 min into the video they just show a huge banner with the final score. Really annoying spoiler. Was trying to share the excitement of this game with a friend who had not seen it yet.
Also the Scots should have won this game as an Englisman this really paine me to say, converting trys the scots should have had an extra 4 points on the scoreboard.
What a game! Have to say I enjoyed the first half more though. Credit to Scotland for never giving up and smashing the door down after we left it open.
1:44.15 - 1:44.32 TO ME AS AN OUTSIDER IN THIS MATCH SOUNDS LIKE FIX. There is no other logical explanation and it seems to be a theme in English Rugby up until very recent Days.
Be very very hard to find a better rugby test ever, I doubt I will see it in my lifetime. Farrell on Darcy not a good moment, but that's rugby from a Scots git
England 🏴 *Tries:* J. Nowell, T. Curry, J. Launchbury J. May *Conversions:* O. Farrell (4/4) *Penalties:* O. Farrell Scotland 🏴 *Tries:* S. McInally *Conversions:* F. Russell
Typical England under Eddie Jones - if they ever play the game like they play the last 10 minutes from the start they could be unbeatable. And that's from a welshman
Scotland had the win at minute 78....and kicked it back to England. Epic stupidity! Why, oh whyyyy didn't they just walk the ball up the pitch, run down the clock and then go for a drop goal to put the score beyond reach???

Good one kiddo.Who is your favourite football team.Yes it was a superb 2ndhalf
Almost 2 years later my heart is still racing watching as a scott I believe we deserved the win and if anyone says otherwise they are wrong :)

I love how Finn intercepts that pass just as the pundit is talking about consolidating the score. He couldn’t have timed it better
The even better part? He is totally in Owen Farrell's head.
Apart from the 2003 RWC final, this is the greatest game I've ever watched!
By far The best game of rugby in recent history
I've been watching Scotland since 1990. And of all Scotland international players, Greig Laidlaw has my favourite wee face
My favorite part of this? The commentator full of arrogance at 30 mins: "This promises to be a full 80 minute performance by England." Lmao
Without a doubt one of the most batshit games in rugby history. An absolute classic.
1 of best rugby come backs in history
I was on vacation in Inverness the night this was played. Had the time of my life. Just ordered a jersey to celebrate!
That Bradbury try was a thing of beauty
The ultimate game of 2 halves
1.44.30 seconds the refs defence of Farrells shoulder into Darcy Graham is embarrassing, that was a prime example of the Farrell law.
Couldn't agree more, I'd actually forgotten that incident in the euphoria of the whole event , but it is outrageous how much he gets away with, I noticed an off ball obstruction I hadn't before in this match and it is another thing he always does and always gets away with too.
Shoulder charge all the way - protecting himself my ****. Nice sporting booing from the swing low mob as well
Absolutely right. There was no attempt to charge down the kick and he is totally focused on the player and not the ball
Exactly right. Farrell made absolutely no attempt to block the kick OR wrap up Graham. Even if his timing had been better it would have been an illegal play.
theres an argument that he should be sent off every game he plays

Still had the shakes and nerves watching that game 😁🏴

As someone else says in another comment "a prime example of Farrell's Law". He is allowed to get away with "tackles" anyone else would be carded for.
scotland basically own the calcutta cup at this point
England have had the trophy just once in the last seven years.
Wow - What a stellar game - Amazing 🥰 Great play on both teams, hard fought 🥰 Fantastic game to watch 🥰
still cant get over that challenge by Owen Farrell.
2:03:06
As soon as the pass goes watch England block Finn Russel
It’s a scam
Have you ever played rugby? This is literally taught to you at any sort of decent level. Disguised blocking.
@@lliamq12 fair but 2 people as blatant as that is a bit on the nose
And disguised or not it’s still blocking

Haha, that was an epic comeback.

32:27 anyone else hear Kyle sincler
The missed conversions aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh fantastic game of rugby
Not anymore I thought we were going to do same today get in Scotland thoroughly deserved win today🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴
36:36 SPOILER ALERT
At 58:41 you can hear someone screaming "RUN!!" That someone is me x
The 6 Nation Mode is in Effect! What a day this was only two year later to conquer Twickenham!
Love the English commentators reaction to the Darcey Graham tackle "he's kicked the ball a bit late there" just complete shithousery
Wow, just wow.
The man with the deepest voice in world rugby (at that time) meets the man with the second deepest voice in world rugby.
Was the crackling my phone or this vid
1:31:34 rip cameraman 😂
Fantastic test match
Glad gilligan witnessed this one of the most snidest of commentators
1:31:34 camera man got absolutely murdered
What a game! Have to say I enjoyed the first half more though. Credit to Scotland for never giving up and smashing the door down after we left it open.
They England forgot it’s a game if two halves and it’s 40 minutes each😩
How can as side of England's so called calibre let a lead like this slip? Bloody unbelievable!

Why do Scotland always pump England these days?
Mainly because England haven't learned how to stop Duhan yet.

NICE GAME!!!
Are you fucking kidding me, I paid for this and could have gotten it a day latter free.... Wtf
Watching as one of three scots in the pub I thought, by the end I thought I was going to die. Leaping up and sitting down.

No kicking it deep wasn't stupid at all. Fraser Brown going for a daft turnover on halfway? Was.
Rugby League > rugby union
Lmao, no.
