For Chamberlain online BSN, how are the exams and tests administered? Are the tests proctored?
Yes. Exams are proctored by the professors of the courses.

How are clinicals for the online bsn? Do you travel to another state or in the same state ?
Please from what time do classes start and end from Monday through Friday at Chamberlain and do they have evening classes too if yes, what time does it start and how many days a week. Thanks
Campus classes time varies. But I have heard it starts at 8am. Now, as to what time it ends, am not sure. And believe it will vary
Some campus offer evening classes. I do not know which ones. You can always call the admissions to find that out.
Class days will be Monday to Friday typically

I thought BNS is paper work? Is clinicals not for RN students
There is a difference between RN to BSN; In this case, the person is already an RN and clinicals is already done. So all you do is write papers.
But we have BSN program that students go for 4 years with clinicals. And students do not have an associate degree in nursing.

No. They do not, but they might make some exceptions to courses like Patho, Informatics, and Nursing Research
How’s the scholarship situation there for international students
It depends on the school. A college like Berea college in Kentucky offer Full scholarships for any program for international school

Without NCLEX, you cannot apply to the MSN education program

The answer is YES. You can do it with counseling degree. However, your degree should come from a regionally accredited school. Requirements for each school is different. You should call the admissions office and they will discuss Requirements with you
