I read an article today by a sex therapist who said that we need to start separating romantic orientation and sexual orientation. His reasoning was that a lot of men will have sex with another man, but still consider themselves straight because they're only romantically interested in women. And the sex with men may just be convenient, or to experience different sex, or other reasons, but that doesn't make them attracted to the men the same way that they're attracted to the men. Sex educators, for years, have called it MSM or men who have sex with men (some people say heteroflexible) to differentiate them from bi-men or gay men. I'm sure the same is true with women. But I think this is the category that a lot of the straight men who do gay porn would fall into. They aren't bi or pan because they're really only attracted to women. That doesn't mean that they can't or don't enjoy sex with men as well.
And the funny thing is that the labels heterosexual, homosexual etc. are not even that old. They were created in the late 19th century. I would just go back to ancient Greece where everyone fucked everyone and nobody really cared and didn't have an anxiety about their sexuality.
