😂You can’t mention flying over the drug dealer house without pointing out said house 🤣
There's not much left of it. Just some dilapidated buildings and a tore up landing strip. 🤣😂
Muchas gracias Henry eres un crack de los Autogiro hoy probando un ELA Evo muy buen Autogiro un saludo desde España Andalucía 👋
Thanks for making this Henry. Interesting to see your perspective on the EVO. I’m still trying to convince coworkers to go in on an EVO or Calidus with me. Would love to take you up on your builder assist program. Just not there yet 🤣
Looks like a fun day
It was a blast!
I appreciated your video on all three Autogyro's. And giving the specs and pricing. What are the options and pricing on the Evo? Also your opinion on new versus used models?
This a beautiful machine!
Love your channel, may take you up on your offer to come down and visit and take a flight or two.
Subscribed. Would love to see some comparison videos to see the differences of EVO vs Cavalon vs Calidus vs M24 Orion vs Kallithea vs GTL, etc. Great content! Keep it up!
We're working hard to get different models in the fleet so we can review and show them to you. We really appreciate your subscription!
I love Adventure Air and I really hope you have a video about that big cross country trip.
What kind of format would you like to see? More instructional in front of a computer, or narrative by Henry with cuts to flying footage?
@@AdventureAir Either would be fine. I think your content is fantastic. But a Narrative story with Henry with cuts to flying footage would probably be the most fun. I would love to hear about the adventure. How were the stops? The food? The places you stayed? Were there any issues or problems? Video really gives an opportunity to story tell and I think you have such a cool opportunity to show someone what it could be like to be a gyropilot. I bet it would be a lot of effort but I think it would be neat to hear about the trip, what happened, and show some of the adventure. Hope that helps and thank YOU for taking the time to reply to me.
Thank you so much for the compliment! When we started this UA-cam venture, we weren't sure which direction to go as far as style and specific content. Viewer's comments help us determine the direction to take and if you watch the videos in order from oldest to newest, you hopefully can see the difference. Our analytics show that our main audience is American men over the age of 40, so we try to accommodate them while also attracting a younger audience in the hopes of making the gyroplane sport more popular here. Your comments really help us develop the channel into something that everyone can enjoy. Thank You!
I would like to see a video of your cross-country flight. A narrative would be nice. I would like to know about your route or flight plan and fueling procedures and how you pay for the fuel. Also, at the end of the day how did you secure the gyroplane for the night and find transportation to your hotel and back...etc.@@AdventureAir
👍👍👍
She's pretty, right?
This would be a perfect time to detail the things you had to do as in weather, fuel stops, fatigue, ATC as in flight following or just using your EFB. Beautiful machine!
Do you think it would make a good video though? Should we make it in narrative form with cuts to flying footage? Unfortunately no footage was taken during the flight back.
@@AdventureAir Narrative would be nice with cuts to flying. I believe you can show routing on the EFB. Maybe show the first day to keep the narrative short. Thanks!
I would watch it
so you said it took 22 hours to fly from Cal. to Fla ? How mant Times did you have to re-fuel ?
5:03 - LOL. Love your channel! I have a couple questions about the Evo if you have time:
1. Can you do an interior walkthrough as well as show off the storage?
2. Are you an Evo dealer as well as AutoGyro?
Yes to both! We'll try to get a more detailed video done this week.
Hi Henry! If you had to choose between the Eclipse and the Calidus which would you pick and why? Thanks.
If you're trying to choose between the two models, come and see us and fly both! That way you can choose what works best for you.
Looks like you need to buy another one Henry. 😁
Yep! They're hot!
I want one!
Check out barnstormers.com. They have used models for sale sometimes.
A beautiful machine and my favorite, but far too expensive... I am curious about the new ELA jump gyro, they announced a few days ago 😊!
Maybe, you can "sell" it to another "customer" and make a nice video about it 😁
I'm sure there's gonna be a huge wait-list for that one!
Great video!! Out of curiosity, what was your camera and mic set up?
In this video, since our original ground footage got corrupted, iPhone and no mic. It was cleaned up in post.
@@AdventureAir It turned out great! Im getting into content creation and Im trying to learn as much as possible. For practice, Im making some videos from my friend's gyro. I just got a gopro with the splitter adapter so that I can record the camera noise along with the radio/intercom. I'm using CapCut pro, so audio cleaning in post is pretty limited. Im finding out the hard way that a good set up saves you a lot of time and pain in editing.
+@polygun5336 you're on the right track. You can do so much with a GoPro in a gyro. Have you looked at Davinci for editing? The have a free version I believe and that may be better than capcut. We use PP.
would have been nice se some numbers, cruse speed, fuel consumption etc.
I mean, I love the concept, I don't think I can get past the stick shake. It's like my Harley at idle. I know it's inherent to the design.
It just needs a bit of prop balancing and that shake will go away.. we made a video about that.
@@AdventureAirThank you, but I have never seen a video of gyroplane that does not shake the stick (and rather seriously). The videos of the Cavalon are about the same.
Seems like a three bladed rotor would be a worthwhile upgrade.
What was your cruise speed?
About 70-80 mph.
I would much rather have the open cockpit or just the chair on a frame version.
To each their own
Fastest Gyro Ever Created... Adventure Air is Gyrocopter Central in the USA !!! don't hesitate and go now for your flight experience!
Thanks Alvaro!
So is this an LSA?
Experimental LSA
@@AdventureAir TY! This is now on my seriously considering list.
@@johnleonardlife it's a blast to fly!
Not trimed very well see vibration on the yoke
Does that have autopilot?
No.
Not this one 😭
Is an autopilot an option on EVOs? What about the AutoGyro models?
What is the total weight of both of you men?
Probably around 460
seems to have vibration on the sick
Check out our latest video on how to take that out..
Far too much stick vibration. Shocker
Some fine tuning on the prop will fix it. No big deal.
take a argon over this every day, any day.
Have you flown one? If so, how was it?
