I noticed that your heart rate actually tended to slow down when the music was on, then jump back up when you paused and started speaking. This just proves what I've always told people. Aggressive music is actually calming and relaxing.
I was gonna go with a slight bit of nerves while speaking, but I like your thought better.

Im listening alot to metalcore, hardcore, deathcore, or even more extream versions of deathcore like DeadVectors, DarkoUS, Distant etc and i must say this is the best way to chill pre or after work, it always calming me down so i have better mood before work and can rest better after.

I think this song got them a lot more attention last year and I definitely can headbang to it, but I think they made it short for a reason too. It feels like they made this song just for a "holy shit" feeling 😄
Constance will probably surprise you after this, it's a great follow up. But after that, you've covered several of the big hits and I think you're ready for The Mara Effect live video. It's long but worth it. It's probably my favorite song/songs of theirs.

As a side note, Sumo Cyco is another band you should check out, another powerful female vocalist! Architects too, they can feed through from Spiritbox if you listen to Spiritbox "Yellow jacket" featuring Sam Carter, lead singer of Architects. They have some incredible songs but start with "Doomsday". Then read the background to it if you want to see where that raw emotion and the lyrics came from!

This is the first song i liked where there are pretty much no clean vocals at all.
This gets me pumped up really fast.
I dont go to the gym but i definitely get motivated when i listen to this and i start moving alot.
Also the lyrics are really well writen.
It is very controversial but from my perspective incredibly relatable because i know a person like the one she described in those song lyrics.
I fell in love with it!! its so aggressive and honestly just so raw and pure!

Glad to hear you are doing Constance next. A beautiful song about such a horrible subject. If you want to hear something that showcases her screams a bit more Silk in the Strings I think is their next heaviest song on the album. Halcyon I think is the best, but the album as a whole is very solid. Hurt You being very last on list, just wasn’t a fan lyrically.
belcarra is one i think you'll like. bleach bath is also amazing. you know what, is there a bad song? honestly? no. you could pick anything from their catalogue and it'll be a great listen

I would love for you to check out Imminence’s trilogy. They are the most incredible band I’ve heard and I think you’ll like them a lot. The songs in order are, Temptation, Heaven In Hiding, and Ghost.

IMO Midsommar felt too much like a rehash of Ari Ester's previous movie "Hereditary".
Fun fact though Hereditary was filmed first, it was actually written after Midsommar.

Just my opinion though... I think the best reaction videos are ones that don’t pause the song. Watch the whole thing, then react.
Very difficult to do for an awful lot of bands as the video then gets blocked by YT as the record companies make a copyright claim.
