While I never used to play it, old minecraft just gives me a vibe that new minecraft just doesn't.

same! i started playing around 1.16 and just played modern up until the middle of 2023 when i started the channel. beta is a nice change of pace and it felt like it was created with more care and intent than some of the newer versions
