once you understand it completely, trust me it'll be easy. i feel your pain lol but now i can finally play it at normal speed without adjusting the speed :) took me 6 months to master it though.
i learnt it, it took a while but i promise wheb you learn it, i will be worth it bc this piece is amazing

Sheesh my cousin teach me basics of the violin when I was in my hometown just to visit and now I'm far from my cousin I didn't touch my violin cause I don't know what to do next so I'm here clueless about music sheets and stuff but I will try to do this song cause I love it :))
you should try reading sheet music(if you have not already), it'll help a lot and make everything easier. These types of tutorials help you play the song and helps ur muscle memory but it doesnt help you memorize or learn the notes.

I'm just learning violin and I don't know anything so are there any good apps or tips you could share with me? My goal is to be able to play Howls moving castle merry go round of life it sounds amazing!
Aquí varios consejos que creo te podrían ayudar:
1 (Para diestro) No pegues la muñeca de la mano izquierda al violín. Llevo 7 años tocando y hasta hace poco siempre estaba pegando la muñeca de la mano izquierda al mango sin querer mientras tocaba una partitura.
2 Intenta no miran ni muy para abajo ni muy para arriba mientras tocas.
3 Podrías probar a sujetar el violín solo con el cuello y que no dependa de tu brazo. Por ejemplo, si estás tocando y sueltas la mano que el violín no se baje y que siga en su posición.
4 Aunque seguro ya lo has hecho al principio de todo lo mejor es poner pegatinas para saber dónde va cada dedo.
5 IMPORTANTE. Cuando estés tocando con el arco no muevas todo el brazo o irás tocando como en una cuerva encima de que queda un poco mal. El tema es que no muevas tu brazo por encima del codo y el codo. Haber que lo estoy explicando un poco mal. Puedes mover para arriba y para abajo el brazo al cambiar de cuerda (aunque tampoco exageres mucho) pero para pasar el arco no muevas todo el brazo. Sólo mueve el antebrazo para un lado o para el otro pero desde el codo para arriba déjalo quieto. Te lo digo sobre todo porque si mueves todo el brazo aunque no se note mucho hacer como una curva con el arco.
*Sé que me he explicado fatal, perdoname porfa. Mi excusa es que se explica mucho más fácil cuando puedo mostrarlo con imágenes 🙂🔫pero bueno. Tampoco creo que te haya servido mucho porque son pocos consejos que se encuentran en cualquier vídeo de UA-cam (creo) y el comentario fue hace dos meses. Por otra parte lamento mi pésima forma de explicarlo yo tmb tengo 12 aunque no sea justificación. Bye.*

i’d also recommend not learning violin from just tabs! it’s good to learn how to read sheets even if it’s hard! hope all is well :)

L stands for low. So L1 would mean your finger is a little bit lower than 1. And L4 is the same with it being the same as a high 3.

It means that they are higher notes I think
its to help identify higher notes so that people won't get confused between (for exemple) the d string and the d note on a

The letter tell you where you fingers are suppose to go. A is on the A sting which is no fingers and B is one finger on the A string all the letter stand for the finger placement. Hope this kinda makes sense
