Ghost - Helvetesfonster/Life Eternal

This isn't exactly how it appears on the album. I mixed in the orchestral section from the ending of Faith, and spliced Life Eternal in the middle of Helvetesfonster. That's just the way I like to listen to it, so hopefully you don't completely hate it.
