For anyone panicking before a service that can’t seem to get this to work after trying the night before and failing… make sure you have put the springs back in the machine (otherwise the burs will be sat on top of another and you will have the constant crunching and sound and also make sure you have cleaned ´the thread’ thoroughly before trying to screw it back on otherwise the burs will not be able to reach each other and so it won’t grind the coffee at all.
Hey , i have the exact grinder, but i didnt turn to corse side few time when i lock it back, and it is very difficult for me to turn in thr dialing cap. Would it cause damage ? There's no issue at the moment ( day 1 )
I do not know if I understand the problem correctly but to close you have to make half a turn towards the coars until you hear the ring hooking and then close turning towards the fine. If the ring does not turn well maybe it is a bit dirty and you have to clean it with a small brush. If it still does not turn you have to grease it a little with suitable fat or petroleum jelly, being careful not to let it go inside the grinder.

Hello, i cleaned the burrs but now the grain is coarse and i can’t adjust more, can’t you help me ?
When you have closed the grinders you have to tighten until you touch the blades and then enlarge by a Number and a half
