Eberlestock H31 Bandit Pack Review | Pros and Cons

- Опубліковано 22 лип 2021
- The Eberlestock H31 Bandit is a fantastic little pack. It is a great size for hiking or day trips, with room for the necessities, but in a small lightweight slim pack. This pack is a little bit smaller than the advertised dimensions, and will not carry things like laptops for notebooks, but still makes a good EDC backpack, and it's small size makes it very easy to carry in close quarters, whether through a crowd or in dense trees and brush. My wife also really liked this pack and found it to be very comfortable to carry. She stated that backpack straps are generally uncomfortable for women with larger...chests, but that the Bandit was surprisingly easy to carry.

I totally agree with your assessment for the most part. Most electronic devices won’t fit but for a day trip when you only carry a few things or as a gym bag when you don’t need any weight lifting belts it’s a fine bag!
Thanks for the review
Great review. Thanks for mentioning the laptop issue, That was what I was looking for. This helped my decision.
Fits my 15.6in laptop snug. It's why I got it. If you have anything bigger it's probably a nogo
Great video 👍
The toilet trainer, Santa Claus mug, the Viagra clock, 30 seconds in and I have so many questions. I'm here for it
Mines coming. Going to use it for hiking in the bush.
Was just looking at back packs this was one i ran across, thanks for the info.
Awesome review. Thank You.
You're welcome!
can the front flap fit a high cut helmet?
I like the way you review bud
i miss a lot a native hip belt. i'm building one
What is the name of that color? I am trying to find it in the website
It is Cobalt Blue. Some colors seem to be in and out of stock pretty quick, so you might have to check back if it isn't available, or maybe email them.
What pack do you use for over night camping/bushcraft?
To be totally honest, I haven't been out in the woods overnight in a good while, at least not since we had kids. But I have a Osprey Aether 70 that is my go-to for backpacking and long hikes, and I have used that for a decade or more. If I need something a bit tougher, or need to carry...other things, then I have a Eberlestock G3 Phantom that I have used a bit. Those are both way bigger than needed for overnight, but I have a bad habit of taking way more stuff than I need. Recently we have done a little car camping/campground camping, and I like the Vertx Contingency duffel for car trips.
@@Factor85Labs oh okay cool. I just ordered a mystery ranch 2 day assault hopefully it’s big enough lol
Mystery Ranch is great. I have been on a year's long hunt for the "perfect" EDC pack, and Mystery Ranch is next on the list of packs to try.
The clock, they have guts to make a clock like this representing a product like that and you have the guts to hang up it up… 👍 ;D
That clock is a relic from times past when pharmaceutical companies could put a logo on just about anything and give it away as a "gift."
I have a couple of victorinox knives advertising herpes medication. Very collectible 😂@Factor85Labs
Think you could fit a phone in that mesh pocket on the top?
I am guessing no. The pocket itself might hold a very small cell phone, but the zipper doesn't open quite the entire width of the pocket, and neither of the phones I have will fit into the pocket.
