@@salsairun about ten years ago, he and some other super junior members had a car accident. The other members (i only remember leeteuk right now, sorry) got better in a few weeks but kyuhyun stayed at hospital a couple of months, and had damages at lungs, bones and so on. Doctors thought he was going to die, but with the surgery he got better even if it was dangerous because he could have stopped singing, for some damages at the throat.

When I heard that he had major injuries in 2006 and they said that he will never be able to sing again, I cried to death coz I'm never gonna hear his beautiful voice again. ㅠ^ㅠ But when the surgery was a huge success, I cried of happiness. He was able to sing again and we could hear his soft voice again.
This MV makes me relieved and cry at the same time. I'm just glad that God gave him a second chance to sing for us. If the surgery didn't go well, maybe not all ELF would be here 2day. It's just a miracle that he could make it and be strong coz we supported him and every SJ members! I hope that everyone will hear his voice (and the SJ) that God gave for the second time!^^

I still remember when this song was released. Everyone was freaking out because there was a rumor there will be a female actress on the music video. Turns out it's Irene and she only came up in the photograph and at the ending for like, 3 seconds lol.

for those who are saying the mv was low budget, you have no idea how much having so many sets and changes cost. Box sets alone are expensive. if he went for something flashy,expensive and extravagant, it would take away the true essence of the song. Right! Kyuhyun seriously doesn't need any extra actors or actresses acting out a story or flashy settings. His voice alone can do what those things can do and even more. Kpop fans never fail to amaze me with how little they appreciate certain things and overhype themselves on little things like a MV. (roll eyes) The focus is Kyuhyun's voice and this MV doesn't take away that focus at all.

People should understand the beauty of this song, his voice...and nothing else matter. These people who came and saying the MV is boring should go and watch Jacques Brel's Ne Me Quitte Pas and try not to sob throughout the video
