    Some of the points that will be discussed include:
    Pros:
    1. Kettlebell training is great for improving muscle strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness.
    2. The kettlebell can improve core strength, balance, posture, low back stability, and grip strength.
    3. It is a space-conscious option for weight training.
    Cons:
    1. Due to the kettlebell involving swinging and one-sided movements, technique is very important.
    2. When using a kettlebell, sometimes it “rests” on your forearm which can be uncomfortable.
    3. Kettlebell training is not necessarily the best method of training for growing muscle mass. If you want to grow muscle size, then it’s best to stick to exercises that you can do bilaterally.
