My husband I did our first monthly cash budget as well as first paycheck cash stuffing. I bought your Extended Planner as well as close out pages. So far, it is working so well!! Thank you so much!!!
I am so glad and so excited for you. This method has literally changed my families financial life. Sounds like you're going to have an amazing 2024 financially.
It’s so smart how you slowly build up each envelope throughout the month so it’s not one big amount taken out of your check at once !! Love that idea 👏🏽🤓
I want to start doing this system of how you do the whole month. How does one go about starting it if I have been doing a bi-weekly stuffing for two months? And like not miss paying bills and saving? Or paying down debt? Hope my question makes sense.
@@lymanjoy I get paid bi-weekly. Mostly get paid twice a month. I don’t have any side hustle money just yet as I am a little over 6 months pregnant with my first baby. I’m just starting out and trying my best to budget and save :)
@danysdancehouse4815 Okay, so if I were you, I would start the month with a monthly budget. I will be releasing my December monthly budget with me on Tuesday so you can reference that. Then, do two budgets by paychecks after to check in that you're on track. Lastly end the month with a close out. I do this every month here on youtube. If you have any question please ask.
Can't find it anymore 😕 but there are a few similar ones on amazon. It was actually a planner and wallet in one. I threw the planner stuff away put in the envelopes.
Hi new here 👋do you have a sinking fund each pay for Christmas 🎄 or only do the savings challenge for it ? I love to have a sinking fund all year then Christmas is all paid for food and presents love your vlogs 😊💐
I do some side saving challenges at each cash stuffing for Christmas when money allows, but always have a long-term sinking fund for holidays every month. I stuff once a month saving challenges, which is an accumulation of all my leftover money, side hustles, and money I've saved.
At what point should cash sinking funds go in the bank? Isn't hard to manage if they go in the bank? It does make sense to gain the interest but I am afraid to loose track.
I send money to the bank when any sinking fund gets over 100 dollars. I do a cash unstuffing. Replace with Prop money and deposit it in wealthfront. A high yield savings account that earns 5% and lets you have categories just like envelopes.

Bi-weekly stuffing? How often do you get paid?

@@lymanjoy oh thank you so much!!!
Where did you get your black wallet
Can't find it anymore 😕 but there are a few similar ones on amazon. It was actually a planner and wallet in one. I threw the planner stuff away put in the envelopes.
I love your wallet! Where did you get it?
I can't find it anymore, but there are similar ones on amazon. It is a planner with a wallet. I just removed the planner part.
Thanks I’ll look. Love your videos! ❤

Have you ever handed smaller clothing to younger relatives? Save a ton of money. Good condition.
Sharen
Yes, we do hand down all good-looking clothes and that helps a lot also give all good clothes to others when done. Such a great idea, thanks Sharen
